[Resolved]  EMS Speedpost — Loss due to delayed delivery of EMS Speedpost Consignment

EMS Speedpost — non delivery of speed post

Speed post consignment ED[protected]IN was not delivered at my office address. The postman did not come to the second floor. Also, we do not get the status of a consignment as the tracker does not function most of the time.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — My Airtel Prepaid number cancelled and became free number.

I have taken new Airtel Prepaid Number [protected] on 14th Feb 2008. I have submitted Pan Card Xerox, Gas Connection for identity and Address proof along with filling the application form and photograph. On 3rd March 2008 I got message that I need to submit the documents again. Then today i.e on 21st June 2008, I went to Airtel Customer Care to submit the documents and activate my number. Customer Care say that my number has become "Free Number" and I may not get the number back. When I took the connection i have recharged my phone with Life Time Incoming by paying Rs 1200. Now they say my number may not come back to me. This is the SMS I got from Airtel, "To resume your mobile connection, kindly submit required documents at nearest Airtel Showroom. For further details kindly call 121". This message does not say anything about cancellation of my numbers completely nor it says anything about this "Free Number" concept. Also this does not contain any time frame before which I have to submit these documents. But they straight away cancelled the number. Just because I have paid Rs 1200 and Airtel got their money and now just by cancelling my number by citing documents reason they can get away with my number. I am not sure why Airtel does this to customers. They atleast need to inform customers about their policies. How much effort we need to put in to earn Rs 1200. And providers like Airtel take away just like that. Is there anybody listening to us.

Airtel Prepaid — cancellation of my number

Hi Everyone I'm facing a weird problem with Airtel. This is the first time i'm having a hard time with Airtel in the past 6 years of service with them. I was using my airtel number in Canada for the past one year. I sold my old pocket pc so that I didn't have a phone to put the Airtel Sim as my iPhone doesnt accept any other sim except Roger's Canada network. The weird part starts here my sim was not active for a month. I'm having a validity till Feb 2009 but now the connection and number is already given to another person. This is weirdest. I want my number back this has been such an important number to me. Please help me out in this. To add I had a balance of 1000bucks nearly

I booked a speedpost at Anna Road HPO at 11-30 a.m on 6 th Dec 2008 addressed to Queens Business School, Kingston, Canada. Even after 12 days, the consignment has not been delivered. They promised to deliver in 5 days.
