[Resolved] EPF BANDRA — PF NOT RECEIVED | |||
Dear Sir, My self Sujoy Majumder was employed in Indusind Bank and had resigned on May 18th 2010.Had sent all the docs in the month of September 2010.In the month of January 2011 my company had sent it to PF office which i have an proof.Now the PF Bandra office has processed it on April 2011,i don't know why.But till now i have not recieved my PF. Kindly take initiative as i have tried all means to get my hard earned money and need this money as soon as possible. My ECN 5533 and PF number is MHBAN[protected]. I am regular call and with mail EPF office last 4 - 6 months, but don’t any person received my calls,
I am submitting PF form to RPFC Bandra on dated 31.05.2011, as per your norms it should be PF released time 90 days working days then go to 240 days, Mr. Subhaseh ji say me your pf released to September last, September is gone after say me October last week October is gone, sir presently December running.
Sir, my father is hospitalized in Dehradun last 7 months regular Dialysis per days, Sir that’s my genuine problem, I am personal load loan applied, please released my PF Amount, 1 % my father is died, after I go to labour court.

i have submitted my PF form before 1 years my PF account no. is
MHBAN/0041081/000/0032584, from last 10 months my PF is under process, but still i
dont get my money, when i call PF office but there is no response.
& also on 06 Nov 2011 i got your letter regarding PF amout withdrawn with cheque No. 941481 datd 30/08/2011 of Rs. 10176/- (Rs. Ten Thousand one Hundred Seventy Six only) but Still today onward My PF Amount not credited on my A/C.
