[Resolved] EPFO, Bandra — EPFO transacted with my wrong name and transaction cancelled | |||
EPFO Bandra office tried to attempt my PF settlement a/c number MH/ BAN/ 0014556/ 000/ 0003285 via NEFT transaction dated 15th July, 2012 to my Citibank a/c. The bank states that they have returned the amount to the beneficiary bank for the reason "beneficiary name differs". Since then, there has been no deposit of my PF amount to my bank, despite having sent out a letter authorized by my previous organisation. Sadly, the online status of my PF a/c shows as settled, however that is not the case. I seem to be loosing trust in this governmental social security system, as I see loosing my hard earned money. More so it is impossible to get in touch with any EPFO personnel as the phones keep ringing without any response. Please help me in getting my PF amount which has now been stuck for 6 months now.
