[Resolved]  EPFO — Money not transferred in ONE YEAR

I have asked my previous emplyer NIIT Technologies to transfer the PF amount to Wipro Technologies. Niit has setteled the amount and the fund is with RPFC Nehru place. Its been an year now and i dont see anything happening from RPFC side. I dont think any process of such kind should take an year. It is ridiculous. I dont know what to do except sending the reminders as these guys are sleeping and not doing anything. Are you guys will track this i mean to ask if i post here will it be for any use or just to let people know.

Sub: The Provident Fund ( a/c no. WB/CA/29601/8114 ) accumulation and pension account ( a/c no. WB/CA/29601/P-4307 ) accumulation was not credited to my (Sandip Singha) last company’s account number a/c no. DL/33691/3292 ( PF a/c no & Pension a/c no. ) and the total accumulation from both the companies is not credited to my new company’s PF a/c no. 20038, EPS a/c/ No. : 17571 .

Please note that the PF accumulation and pension book transfer was made from my 2nd last company, SIMPLEX INFRASTRUCTURES LTD with PF a/c no. WB/CA/29601/8114 and pension a/c no. WB/CA/29601/P-4307 to my last company’s ( NIIT Technologies limited ) PF a/c no & Pension a/c no. DL/33691/3292 by check number 352908 dated 23/07/2007 for Rs. 59688/- (Rupees Fifty nine thousand six hundred eighty eight only) on HDFC Bank ltd. drawn in your favour of “ REGIONAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER ”. But the said account was not got credited with the mentioned amount and the pension book transfer was not done and please note that my PF accumulation was not get transferred to my current a/c no. PF a/c No. : 20038 & EPS No. : 17571 respectively.

Pl. First of all visit the site of CBI and get the phone No and address of nearest CBI office. Then visit PF office, locate a tout settle bribe. The contact CBI and get the person collecting bribe arrested red handed and your greivance is settled same day. It is one day affrair only. Or else keep cribbing
