To. Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Gurgaon (Haryana) Respected Sir, Sub: Transfer of PF – from PF. No. HR/3221/31013 to JH/5/433751 I have submitted my application for transfer of PF from PF. No.HR/3221/31013 to JH/5/433751 (Tata Motors Ltd.- Jharkhund) I enquired EPF online & got the confirmation through mail that it is being transferred but when I checked in your office with respect to the transfer they informed me that they have not received my application {annexure K & Cheque number) till date.. Details are: "This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number HRGGN/E/2012/06089. It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken: Form 13 has been settled for Rs. 50672/- vide cheque no. 762008 dtd 03.07.2012 " So I hereby request you to kindly provide Annexure K & look into this matter to resolve this issue. Sub: Transfer of Employees Provident Fund from A/c No.UP/177/3078 toUP/22642/873 .
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I was holding EPF A/C No. UP/177/3078 with my previous employer M/s Kesar Enterprises Ltd., Baheri, Distt. Bareilly. I joined Dalmia Chini Mills, Unit Jawaharpur ( a sister concern of Ramgarh Chini Mills, Ramgarh ) from 30th Nov’ 06 and presently holding EPF No. UP/22642/873 with my present employer. In the month of Oct’ 2007, I had submitted application for transfer of my PF from A/c No.UP/177/3078 to UP/22642/873. Required formalities have been completed by my present and previous employers in this regard . On receipt of my PF statement for the year 2009-10, it was noticed that my PF accumulation is not transferred from A/c No.UP/177/3078 to UP/22642/873. Since a considerable period have passed , but my PF account has not been transferred so far.
It is, therefore, requested to kindly let me know the status of my PF account No.UP/177/3078 and instruct concerned person to expedite the same at the earliest if not done as yet.
I shall be thankful to you for your early action taken in the matter and the same may please be intimated to me.
