PF Claim Pending for morethan 8 Months
I have submitted claims to my previous company M/S ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT LTD on 01/06/2008. They inturn submitted the claims to the Bandra PF Office on 04/10/2007. When ever I contacted the Bandra PF Office they use to say in 15 days you will receive the money. I had seen more than 10 15 days like that. I had checked up the status till last week. It has the same message. Claims received on 04/10/2007. Please try again after 30 days of submission. Today when I checked the website says the Establishment Code(45665) itself doesnot exist. I even visited the office early this month and confirmed that my claim papers are still lying at the bottom of the lot. Probably my claim is the oldest pending in the history EPFO India. I had personally taken out my claim papers and given it to the clerk there. I need justice now. Whom to contact and I want to register a case with Consumer Forum. I want to get compesation for the mental and physical tension, harrasment by the staff of bandra office.
I had even written mails to the mail ids mentioned in the website. all mails bounced and i tried contacting the ministry of labor, they told me politely to contact the Bandra Office.
Please suggest me..

Dear sir/madam
I had been claim for my PF settlement (reissue matter) before one year ago. But still could not be settle. i have make many more time call to bandra(Mumbai) PF office, always I get same reply that this in process. Last time (16/7/08) when I called to this office, they tell me that my PF amount has been sent to my bank by 29 may 2008. When I ask about cheque no. and mode of dispatching, they say go your bank and he disconnect the call.
I would like to inform you that till today my bank did not get any cheque from EPFO in my favors.

kindly do the needfull and necessry please.

Dear Sir,
We had deposited EPF contribution at Mumbai to Kandivali EPF a/c, though our PF registration is from Nagpur.
We have been requesting EPF office, Kandivali(Mumbai) for intimation of our said deposit to Nagpur regional office as required by Nagpur.
In absence of said confirmation frm EPFO Kandivali, EPFO Nagpur has stopped passing the claims of our employees.
Several correspondence has been made by us with EPFO Kandivali/Nagpur but we have not received any reply from EPFO Kandivali(Mumbai).
Our Registration No. is MH 64383
Looking for advice as to proceed further.

had submitted claims to my previous company ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT LTD on 01/02/08. They inturn submitted the claims to the Bandra PF Office on 11/04/2008. I tried to contact PF office over phone and also through emails but in vain. whenever I checked the website i get response as the Establishment Code(45665) of Accenture itself doesnot exist. Since the claim is yet to be settled, I am pretty sure that I will not continue my further studies due to undue delay of PF Office, Bandra.
Will somebody from PF office update telephone nos and mail address on the website so that we can personally contact and request not to make any delay further. My PF nos. MH/BAN/45665/25316

I was an employee of Accenture for two years from 02 Jan 2006. As a part of
exit process, I submitted papers on 02 Jan 2008 to close my PF and requested to credit the
amount to my savings bank A/c No.456905499 with Indian Bank. The claim
was processed from Accenture on 11 April 2008. It is more than 9 months now
and I am yet to receive the claim. I would be grateful, if somebody could look
into it in EPFO, Bandra and initiate necessary action to ensure that the amount
is settled to me as soon as possible.

My name is Narayanan B M.I had worked in PCS technology Ltd., Bangalore during the period
5-12-2006 to 10-2-2007.
My PF no is MH/30019/7875 .I had given the papers 16 months back for the final settlement
of my PF.But still it is not credited to my account. I contacted to my office .They told that Pf withdrawal form MH/30019/7875 has already submitted to Bandra pf office on 29/5/08.I just want to get confirmation that how much time it will take to credit the PF amount to my bank account.My account no is 00000057011450615 (State Bank of Travancore).

Regarding my withdrawal benifit accumulation against PF Account no - MH46135/21735, Cheque for an amount of rs.12935 chq no - 183514 was posted to my old office address .but the chq has not reached me .pl let me know the courier no of the same .so that i can trace the chq.

Here so many people have written thier complaints and i have read all the complaints but no one has
given a solution. Even no government body is there to help the people. So i think all the private sector companies should not deduct any amount against the epf. The employees must be independent to invest his money of his choice. All the companies and the employees must boycott the epf scheme
as they are incompetence to serve the people better.
