dear sir,
i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR NO [protected] but the probem is (my USER ID is ramsuraty and password is ku5412raku) the system is responsing incorrect, i also forgoted my email id i have mailed [protected]@yahoo.co.in& [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no any reply
so what can i do please guide me as soon as[protected]

that ticket amount was deducted in my account Rs.481.

Sir on 29 DEC I was trying to book a ticket from VSK to VZM by Prashanti exp to travel on 10 Jan. The amount of Rs 130 was debited from my ICICI A/C .However the further transaction cold not take place due to communication problem. Thus ticket is not available in the booked history of my irctc login.
It is therefore requested that necessary steps may be taken to look into this matter to get the booked ticket print

Please make a note that due to Extremist Declaration of five states closure including Jharkhand. The train no. 2801/Purushottam Express in which my reservation was in 3AC Berth No. B1/52 dated 02.10.2010 vide PNR NO.[protected]. Now hence the train has been diverted without touching tatanagar station. I therefore request you to refund the total amount of Rs.1098/- (Rupees OneThousand and Ninety Eight Only)

i want to cancel my ticket.from bhagalpur to new delhi oe[protected].my pnr no-[protected].but cannot accept cancel
I have booked a e-ticket dated 01-jan-2010 with pnr no:-[protected] and transaction id:-[protected], train no &namer:-8102/Muri Express in 3rd ac from renukut(RNQ) to Tata nagar jn(TATA). But the train was cancelled without prior notice due to the jharkhand bhaand.
Please arrange to make refund without deducting cancellation charges.Others passengers having counter ticket was refunded the full amount at the station itself. please make the arrangement for the refund.

i booked a single ticket from the site irctc.co.in on the date 19 november 2009. the ticket was from kanpur to new delhi(PNR no.-[protected])(Transaction ID [protected] )
The amount that should have been deducted is Rs. 574(five seventy four only). but they deducted the double amount(Rs.1148). that means i paid double the cost of the same ticket.this is my second request for same complaint so kindly look into this matter and refund my extra paid amoumt.

i have a ticket on 11 december 2009(pnr no.[protected]), from kanpur to new delhi in puri NDLS express(2815), which have a departure time on 10:20 am.the train was 12 hours delayed. i was having a train from H.nizamuddin from 9020A/dehradun express(pnr no. [protected]) on 11 december 2009 to kota .so it was necessary to reach delhi at time but as puri express was 12 hours late so i was having no other option but to catch another train from kanpur and reach new delhi so i can catch dehradun express so i took another train and reached delhi.

As TDR procedure say that if train is late by more than 3 hours then TDR can be filed, so i have file my TDR to get refund for my ticket in puri express(train no. 2815)so kindly look into this matter.

I didnt get my book ticket today 11/01/2010 Transaction id [protected] that ticket amount was dedacted my account 460 Rs . Plz refund money my account..
I booked my three e-tickets on 27/12/2009, trans. ID [protected], PNR no. [protected], for journey date 28/12/2009. It is on waiting 4, 5, and6 on the booking date. later on two of my ticket was confirmedand one was remain unconfirmed. But still I haven't got my refund money of that one waiting ticket.


PLEASE DO REFUND MY CACELLATION MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.
