WE HAVE PURCHASED ONE AQUAGUARD I - NOVO WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER VIDE INVOICE # 11267 DTD 19/10/2004. UNIT SERIAL # 2022874 WE HAVE GIVING AMC REGULARLY TILL DATE. OUR M/C IS UNDER AMC. PAID LASTELY FOR 2 YEARS.

WE HAVE COMPLAINED ENGINER ATTENDED BUT THE JOB WAS INCOMPLETE. HE SAID SOME PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. ONCE IT IS AVAILABLE WE WILL CHANGE IT 2 WEEKS AGO. TILL DATE NO RESPONSE.

PLEASE HELP US. ASK TO COMPANY TO REPLACE THE UNIT. IF THEY CANNOT SERVICE THE OLD UNIT.

We have entered into AMC from 01.05.2009 to 30.06.2009 for maintenance of 8 Aqua Guards water purifiers at our office and trasit facility including spares. We have also made advance payment in full. But, till date there was literally no service. The company has taken us for a ride. There seems to be no one to look after the complaints and service.

Pathetic Service by Aqaguard AMC,

We signed an AMC for our Aquaguard Water Purifier on 09 Sep 09. Carbon was not changed
and they assured that it would be changed at a later date. Inspite of repeated calls to AQUA HELPLINE services between Sep 09 to Nov 09, the carbon change and servicing has no been done. Now, even the next servicing has become due.

We are tired of poor response from Aquaguard Helpline.

we have purchased one UV water purifier on 9.1.2010 my phone no is [protected]. on 4.3.2010 we made complaint on non working of water purifier through phone again we made a call on 6.3.2010 .But no body attended. Poor service . we are running a school and thought of buying few more units of water ourifier . Due to poor service we have to reconsider of buying eurwkha forbe product. For past three day we are spending Rs 100/ per day . I request you to kindly look in to to the matter to attend the service

I had purchased 2 nos. Total RO Reviva at Bhopal in month of May, 09. From last seven days both machines are not working & while making complaints either phones are not being attended or serviceman is not coming to site after giving time.
