[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Water Purifier | |||
Sir, We have purchased a Aqua Guard from Eureka Forbes in 2006 Since then we are taking Annual Maintenance Contract with them every time. But they never attend to our calls. Inspite of Emergency also they never respond. They have given a 39883333 in the website but we can never make calls to that no. This no. does not ring at all. Very very bad service in Visakhapatnam. When we buy a product they give all promises but when really we have trouble they never respond. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes I agree worst service
I decided to go for an RO water purifier and then suddenly made a big mistake of chossing Eureka Forbes. But that mistake was due to my good experience in past with this company.
Anyway, I ordered Aquaguard Enhance Green RO worth 14.5K (INR) on 1st Sep'13 & it was delivered within 2 days on 3rd Sep. I was happy but my happiness was short lived, cause i made a mistake of making the payment while it was yet to be installed. The guy who sold me (Mr Yogesh: Mob no: [protected]) said that the plumber is working nearby and he would be at my place within an hour. He himself would come to get that done. But since then, i have been calling him and customer service and each time given a new complaint no with a promise that it would be done "today". The guy who sold me doesnt even attend my calls.

All i want is a refund of my money

I have purchased a Aquaguard Magna water purifier on 12th Jan 2015. The installation guy came only on 21st Jan after a long followup. He bbroke the existing pipe connection and simply said sorry. Which cost me 1000/. The machine is not working proper. Immediately I called that installation guy and he said the installation was not done properly and he did the re installation. But the actual problem is in the machine. Customer care is not at all sending any technician from 24th Jan. I spent more than 750/ for making call to customer care and the team.
Yesterday (2/2/2015) on technician called Ragu came and he said I dont know the problem. His supervisor gave instructions over the mobile and he was trying which is of no use. I do not want that machine at all. Please help me to get my money back.

properly working since 1 and half month. But no one is taking responsibility. Our service agency "Yoash services"
which is at bhramand dont have any person with technical knowledge. I have even called them, call centers & online
complaint on website for which i get only compaint numbers and nothing. No one is ready to repair it. I am giving
my latest compaint number which i got from euro helpline Req. no. [protected] & cust no. [protected]. I have even
called there head office which is in wagle estate but daily i get the reply from them saying the person will come
today. But its a week now no one came. Please help me. Thanks. Regards.
