Eureka Forbes / Aquasure Nano Ro — No water delivery from the machine

I have bought Eureka Forbes Aquasure Nano RO water filter about 2 1/2 months ago. It is within warranty period and has stopped working. The helpline of the company is not registering a complaint despite several phone calls.
