I bought a Video Door Phone from Eureka Forbes in September 2008. There is some problem with the receiver and from the last 2 months I have been calling them and have not got any replacement. I have just got a bunch of phone numbers about whom to contact.
I wrote a mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com 3 days back, but there has been no response. There is no consumer complaint redressal system.
The whole reason o[censored]s buying a Eureka Forbes product over Zicom was for the service parameter. But I am deeply disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
They do not even bother to note the compliants properly.
They talk very bad about competetors.
I have not seen any company working like this. Very very bad experience...
Buy product of Eureka only if you want to loose your money.
