I hv Royal Model aquaguard under amc,the person who comes for servicing is poorly equipped.These people should be provided with:
1)small/handy vacuum cleaner to clean up the insect/dirts from inside the machine.
2) cleaning agent to clean up the synthetic body inside and outside.
3) cleaning brushes to clean up the corners.
4) stoppers required for the tap.
5) soft self adhesive tapes to seal up the borders and openings from insects to enter.
Hope to hear from you what action you have taken and from when you will implement.You may find thousand excuses for not implementing,but please put your heads together to solve these problems earliest.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have been using your Water Purifier and Vacuum Cleaner since May 2005. All these years the water purifier has been under AMC.
I would request your goodself to communicate me as to what all are covered in the AMC. Please specify - for example body/ UV lamp/ filter etc.

I have been using your Water Purifier since April 2007. I would complaint the service have very poor even though contacting several times.I have also a service contract from date 30/04/10 to 29/04/12. (Contract receipt no. [protected])

    deficiency in service

    I am using borewell water.On 7th Oct 2007 i installed Aquaguard classic-e boiling.Before that i asked them to check the supplied water in their lab and provide proper arrangements accordingly.Even after repeated request to the salesman nothing has been done.


    This is for your kind information and necessary action.Thank you....

    Appliance is not working

    Hi,

    Please improve on your service .....since last 5 Months I am following up with EUREKA FORBES HELPLINE for My (Aquaguard i-Nova) Service request. 4 to 5 month's back I had registered one complaints (L****), Till date no one has attended the complaint. When today again phoned HELPLINE (4th time called HELPLINE since last 4 to 5 Monts). Today they assigned new URGENT complaint no (L****).

    I do not know...

    We have been following up for repair of the water purifier of the company which is under maintenance contract from 2006 to 2008, which is not functional from the past 2 months.

    However, for the current year 2007 the company has not bothered to service the water purifier as a result the machine has stopped operating, We have been repeteadly calling them their call centre since the past 1.5 months and informing that their technician can come any time after 6.30 p.m. in the evening or on Saturday or sunday or any holiday, but to no avail.

    Is this the way customers are serviced by the company, even though they are promt in claiming their AMC every year, Infact now a days they claim AMC for 2 years and do not bother after that, but they would definately come during the last days of the warranty expiry and furnish the new contract for AMC.

    This thing should be stopped by reputed company like Eureka Forbes.

    water purifier-2 years — not working

    I FEEL PITTY TO SAY THAT I HAD COMPLAINT TWICE IN YOUR OFFICE. BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING SERIUSLY. IF YOU ARE GIVING SUCH A TYPE OF SEVICE PLEACE TAKE BACK POUR PURIFIER.

    Eureka Forbes/Water purifier — machine not working

    sir i have purchased water purifier of booster model from above mentioned company in[protected].
    in year 2008 in done 3 years service contract with the company.
    they have changed the carbon and pre filters at once after this.
    but from last 45 days the same machine in working, it is not sucking and delivering water .
    i have given complaint to company franchise office at belgaum on[protected] via telephone.
    still to day they have not entertained my complaint.

    Eureka Forbes/Water purifier — Non delivery of machine

    I have booked the order of Water Purifier - Model - Infinity and made the total payment on 06.10.09 but as on date the machine is not delivered. When i tried to contact all concern person they are simply giving the false promises that it will be deliver toaday,this is going on since the 08.10.09. Hence i have booked the complain 15 or 16.10.09, now a person is contacting me from Banglore (Eureka Forbes) is asking me contact details which i have sent, but it seems, this person is not getting my mail???????
    Eureka Forbes not given service under warranty period it's my experience, when warranty period expired then his technician getting quotation rs 4700/- for repairing.
