We have been following up for repair of the water purifier of the company which is under maintenance contract from 2006 to 2008, which is not functional from the past 2 months.
However, for the current year 2007 the company has not bothered to service the water purifier as a result the machine has stopped operating, We have been repeteadly calling them their call centre since the past 1.5 months and informing that their technician can come any time after 6.30 p.m. in the evening or on Saturday or sunday or any holiday, but to no avail.
Is this the way customers are serviced by the company, even though they are promt in claiming their AMC every year, Infact now a days they claim AMC for 2 years and do not bother after that, but they would definately come during the last days of the warranty expiry and furnish the new contract for AMC.
This thing should be stopped by reputed company like Eureka Forbes.

I have been using your Water Purifier and Vacuum Cleaner since May 2005. All these years the water purifier has been under AMC.
I would request your goodself to communicate me as to what all are covered in the AMC. Please specify - for example body/ UV lamp/ filter etc.
