NOT PROVIDING SERVICES

UNFORTUNATELY I PURCHACE A WATER PURIFIER (R.O.) OF EUREKA FORBES LTD ON 30.4.2012. PRODUCT OF COMPANY IS WORST & NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE DATE OF PURCHACE. I LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 14.7.2012, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM COMPANY TILL DATE (19.7.2012), IT SHOWS COMPANY IS INTEREST ONLY IN SELLING THERE KACHRA LIKE PRODUCTS, BUT NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING SERVICES. COMPLAINT NO. IS 67441365.
