[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — NEW AQUAGUARD INFINITY WATER PURIFIER PRODUCT SERVICE FOR LAST 40 DAYS

We bought a New Aquaguard Infiniti water purifier on Feb-12.
It was having some problem and stopped working on 7-9-12.
I registered my first complaint on 8-9-12 on the local distributor name Rahul ([protected]) at 9:45 am. A technician from Reddys services, Kamothe came and investigated on 9th. He just shaken the wire and remove some connections and put it back. He finally told that the switch board got to replace. He told me that he will be back on next day. But he did not. I SMS him on 10-Sept-12 at 6:17 pm. Day after I called Kamothe service office No.[protected] at 4:32 pm. A new technician came and investigated the machine and he told that a PCB has to be replaced.
On 12-9-12, 4:30 pm a technician came and he told that he replaced the PCB and he immediately got it signed on a paper. It is about 10 minutes later, there is same problem retains. I shocked by seeing that and I immediately registered a complaint on the phone number 39883333 at 5:45 pm. (complaint number not issued but you can verify the incoming call on the date and time). There are no responses from technician. I called on the same number on 13-Sept-12 on 12:17 pm and again 14-Sept-1:56 pm. Each time a new customer relation officer asking my name and address, nearest location and again name and address and nearest location… I was so patient enough to answer every time and you see no one interested to give the complaint number except one when I called on 19th at 1:44 pm( yes it was after 5 days!!) and my complaint number is 68256292. Now, I am still calling but with complaint number… I also called their toll free number ([protected]) for registering my complaint. I wrote mail to the customer service center (1-OCT-12 and 5-Oct-12) and there is no reply till for my 2 mails!!. Now from Reddys Services, they are telling no PCB available with them and told me to call a NEW number [protected].
From last 23 days a person called Mr Hementh is convincing me that he will solve this. He told me call his manager Mr. Eshwaran Iyer ([protected]) and I am calling, calling and receiving same answer. I feed very very bad that why I bought this product???
For about last 40 days I am buying water from outside. I bought a expensive (Rs.11,000) water purifier and now I am buying water from outside.
I FEEL NO VALUE TO CUSTOMER.
