Eureka Forbes — No working Device

Sir,
I would like to bring to your attention , the harrowing plight I have been encountering with one of the products of Eureka forbes ( Water purifier – Total Sensa). I bought an aqua guard “Total Sensa with SMP +” on November 16 and since the day of installation I have been having problems. This is one of the costliest available water purifiers from Eureka Forbes

Issues are : Water leak , , water overflow, UV mode not functioning , basically the entire system is unusable.

I have tried contacting the sales person who sold it to me and he has washed off his hands saying it is a service issue. And I have been contacting the service personnel and they have already visited me twice and still no resolution in sight.

With the experience I am having I would never recommend someone for eureka forbes products . And I sorry to say that even if you buy a radio from a shop , if it is not working , you have an option to get it returned or replaced if you are not satisfied with its functioning , but with eureka forbes , looks like you are stuck and probably it is because of the flawed direct marketing model which your organization has adopted.

Eureka forbes as an organization may be able to swindle one customer but not everyone , one way or the other the company will have to pay for its action.


Having lost Rs 19,000 on a product which has not be operational or useless and calling your service engineers every other day for a resolution is not a very great experience for a customer who has shelled out his hard earned money.

Hope you would give due consideration to my email and do the needful to get me working usable system or a refund for the same.

Sales Person : Padma Kumar ( Padivatton Office , Kochi) - Quite unhelpful as he has washed off his hands after sales, not sure if you selling chocolates or a high end device to wash out you responsibility even before ascertaining if the sold product is working or providing solution to get it replaced by a equivalent product.

Service Person: Bipin ( Padivatton Office , Kochi) - Though helpful , no resolution in sight.
