I AM SORRY TO STATE THAT A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE EUREKHA FORBES APPOINTS ARYA SERVICE AS THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS. HERE THE RECEPNIST HAS NO COURTESY AND TALKS RUDELY TO CLIENTS LODGING COMPLAINTS. AFTER CALLING 25 TIMES SHE SENDS A MECHANIC. SHE REFUSES TO ALLOW US TO TALK TO HER SENIOR MS. ASWINI. IN THE LAST EIHT DAYS i.e. FROM 1ST DEC TO 8TH DEC THE AQUA GAURD WATER PURIFIER HAS GONE REPAIR THREE TIMES THAT SHOWS THAT THE MECHANIC HAS DONE TEMPORARY REPAIR. INSPITE OF HAVING A WATER PURIFIERE BEEN FORCED TO BUY BISLERY WATER. I HOPE EUREKHA FORBES WAKE UP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

Eureka Forbes / Nova — water leaking from outlet even if it switched off
I had submitted a Complain to local office of Aqua Guard at lucknow.Nobody is taking care of my complainThe product was purchased in july 2007. Every family needs hygenic water after investing in a product, but this company is cheating consumer and making easy money, And they only concern about there money and they think that consumer money is a dustbin paper . I did not get any reply on this neither my problem has been solved . Please look into this and help in resolving .
