Ref:1) My previous mail dt 05/01/2013 & complaint no 88016386 dt 27/12/12 2) My second complaint against for my first complaint( previous Com.mo.88016386 dt 27/12/12) no 88274987 dt 18/03/13 and mail dt 18/03/13. With reference to the above, I spoken to eureka forbes customer care executive Mr. Vinoth most recently on 18/03/13 againts my previous problem and also I booked my complaint toward Mr.Gupta area executive manager demeanor of talking( with customer) with me. Mr. Vinoth (customer care executive) registered my complaint (complaint no:[protected] and he told, we sort out your problem within two days and also we forward to your complaints to Mr.Gupta as soon as possible. But still nobody was contact with me againt that. Please give me the valuable suggestion to me againt eureka forbes because two times I had mail to them and registered my complaints.
