sir, i purchased alaram securtiy system, customer number is 2184 for past 20 days it is not working, i given a complaint to chennai office through phone more than 20 times, but no respond is there, then i call to the service engineer e. muthukumar but nothing happend, Iam regret to say that no proper sevice is given by company after sales. so i request to do the need full. This was supplied through Mr. gajendran.M customer sales specialist, security systems division, chennai. 600 017. cell [protected], it is in guarntee period. Mr. E. my self sumit jindal i purchase a security system in[protected], i purchase 10 smoke sensor for my house /work complete in 2009 nd ur
security system work complete in 2010 after so many phone calls i am so upset that time bt its ok i'll forgot every think bt last december
23/2012 in my house a fire accident i am out of my house that time bt no any smoke sensor working next day i call ur office nd complain //
mr.mukut come at my home he check tha system nd say the smoke sensor not eureka forbes nd in tha smoke sensor no any wire the smoke sensor like show pics no wire not connect to panel i am shocked the company fraud with me/// i purchase door lock sansaor, video door lock
motion sansor total amount-85000 approx i attach bill, order farm, plz solve my problem

I PURCHASED EUREKA FORBES SECURITY SYSTEM IN APRIL 2013, THE INSTALLATION WAS SMOOTH BECAUSE INSTANT CHEQUE PAYMENT WAS MADE AND MR. KAPIL WAS THE MAN RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION. AFTER INSTALLATION WE WERE TOLD THAT LANDLINE CONNECTION WAS NECESSARY .WE TOLD THEM, IT WOULD TAKE SOME TIME AND THEY AGREED . NOW WHEN THE LANDLINE CONNECTION WAS INSTALLED, WE COULD NOT CONTACT THE PEOPLE ( AT LEAST 3 IN NUMBER) OUR FREQUENT CALLS TO THEM WENT UNANSWERED. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE .

THIS IS THE PATHETIC CONDITION OF A SUPPOSEDLY TOP COMPANY, WHOSE REPRESENTATIVES ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN COLLECTING PAYMENTS AND CHEATING PEOPLE.
