[Resolved]  Eurekaforbes Trendy Nano — Bad Customer Service and Product defects

Hello,

This is to bring to all your notice on the bad customer support from Eureka Forbes and about their product.

We purchased Trendy Nano brand named from Eureka forbes from the dealer Vasanth and co, a couple of months before and used not more than thrice. Machine was totally down within a couple of weeks.
We registered a compliant to resolve or assist the issue. But the customer service is not bothered about the complaint and there is no energetic reply from the euro help line executive, very strange
they were not aware of there own product and couldn’t able to answers for my questions and enquires. After a multiple enquiry for a month received a call and reviewed the problem

There is no further update for another month, at last i got answer from same help line that product will not be done at door and for service provided only at the agent shop. 1st intense the provided contact number doesn’t exist and we spend our bugs to search the agent shop near by these steps took additional of a month. At last the executive reached door and confirm the fault due the motor failure which is heart of machine.

Too bad of their customer service and assistance provided by the dealership and company. None of them bothered about the customers and sold product.

Upon posting many complaints because of there bad customer service relationship, customer support and resolving the problem. Adding to this product is worthless and useless

We informed and requested, Eureka forbes that nano motor is down and same should replaced with new motor, which is nearly buying a new trendy nano.... so, to replace with the new trendy nano set instead of changing only the motor which is heart of that machine there is no update from the Eureka Forbes !!
performance is very bad, to register the complaint it took more than a month and to identify the problem took another month and to resolve the problem taking more than a month.

Guess, They are waiting for till the warranty period ends. to carry some bugs from us....

We are totally upset because of your company and you customer service... they should refund the purchase cost or replace the new trendy nano ??
