[Resolved]  EUROVIGIL — DEFECTIVE MATERIAL

This is to inform you that I purchased one unit of Eurovigil security system from your company by paying a cheque of Syndicate bank,Shyambazar Branch, No. 490852 dated 28.07.09 amounting Rs. 10,865/-(Rs.Ten thousand Eight hundred Sixty Five only).
As this commodity is defective since installation this is not working properly. I informed your representative repeatedly. After observing your representatives masterly inactivity I booked complaints though your service phone (Complaint No. 82245472, dt 05.12.09, Complaint No. 82403420,dt 10.01.10). But no action has been taken.
I wish to draw your kind attention in this regard and requesting you to replace/repair this material to make it functional.
Hope you will take an urgent measure within four weeks of receipt of this letter so that I will not be forced to appeal to appropriate authority to redress my grievances.

I too have a similar problem where the Eurovigil system hasn't worked for even a month properly after installing it about 10 months back
I purchased Euro Vigil door phone one month back. It took them one month to install the system. Installation is so shabby that wire is hanging from the pillar where door camera is installed. Their marketing manager Mr Manoj Saxena tried to justify the shabby Installation. He was in no mood to give a solution to my problem. He insisted that this is the best quality of the Installation that Eureka Forbes can provide. Now I am not sure if I will get the Security for which the system was purchased from them. Photo of the Installation is not getting attached, but is with me as proof
I had installed a Security alarm system on 18.04.2015, by paying Rs.37, 390/-(Rupees Thirty seven Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety) it had worked for four months, from August 2015 on wards it is malfunctioning, the complaints are not attended, One technician Mr. Badri came and stated that the system to be replaced afterwards he had not taken any action to replace the same. Whenever I complained about the security alarm system they forward my complaint their water purifier division. During last week of December 2015 one Mr. Manju(technician) came and stated that the system to be replaced, now he is not responding to my calls.
