The status shown by NSDL site is that the PAN card has been dispatched on 28th jun-10 by EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD. vide airway bill no : [protected]. But I have still not received my PAN card.

I would like to state that my PAN card has been dispatched on
24-Aug-2010 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway
bill no. [protected],
but till date the same has not been received by me. When I track it
on the website http://www.expressitnet.com/, the status result says
"incomplete address".i do not understand the reason as i am getting
regular mails from another courier service as well as postal service
and moreover their customer service is of no use.I even contacted the HQ and send them mails stating my current address but without any useful results.

I request you to do the needful.

We have not received my PAN Card till now. While tracking online we found the information that House or office closed, massage left. But the address is of my residance which is not closed for a moment on these days. While trying to connect to your representative. He is not picking phone regularly. Please do the needful.

My wife (Sweta Verma) applied for PAN vide Application Ref. No. [protected].

IT dept updated (thru their web site & sms) that PAN card has been dispatched thru courier (Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd.) on 28th sep 2010 via Airway Bill [protected] but till date the PAN card has not delived by the courier agency at the designated residential address. Whereas the courier agency is claiming that they have delivered to some person at the designated address and not able to divulge the contact details of the person receiving the document.

This courier agency is also not able to trace back the details and also not able to inform at least the mobile / contact no. of the person to whom they have delivered PAN card of my wife wrongly, sothat I can contact that gentleperon for collecting the document on my own.

Pleas look into this matter urgently
