[Resolved]  Fast Track Car Help Line — NO Response for the complaint

i am jitender lived in vikas puri we agree with miss. Pooja Wadhwanim my car got starting problem when i travel between house to office naraina. we attempt his contect no given 41657999, 41651995, [protected], [protected], [protected] all are no are not rechable & not responce . i tired for make him contect from last 4 days (from[protected] to till date they have no any responce. I now at home and waiting for these guys to give me a call and say we have recahed the spot but they are compeltely useless and have done fraud. They take money before hand and do not give service also.

I strongly feel this company should be shut down and I need to compensated agianst the distress that I have gonnne through.

I want to launch complinat against these fasttack car help line. if fast track helpine guys read this compleind plz make a call to [protected] mr jitender sahni.

I got the menbership 15 day's back. On 20/09/08 & 23rd of Sept, 08 required help as my car broke down missed a very imp. meeting as I got no response from Fast Track. First none of the phone nos are reachable
and even if it gets connected no body is picking it up.
I want strict action against the service provider as at the time of picking up the order they had shown very rosy picturs abt. the service and cheated me.
I also want my money to be refunded.

I strongly feel this company should be shut down and I need to compensated agianst the distress that I have gonnne through.

this is the complaint against fastrack 24 hrs car and 2-wheeler helpline service.while giving issuing me membership they showed themselves as no.-1 but when one in need this company behaves like they do not exist.

in past 2 weeks i required twice the services but they never picked up the phone.even when i am writing this complaint i am trying their all given phone nos but of no avail.

can someone help us out.

Please use the consumer court to get your fee compensated. Also, the consumer court will help you to get adequate fine from Fasttrack for the agony caused.

I talked to associates of Fast Track like auto Xchange in Okhla, they all have broken their link with Fast track. I also a member of Fast track and tried their numbers 41657999 and [protected] hundreds of times with no reply. Their Office numbers 41657995 to 8 now are disconnected showing the company has either closed and stopped the operations... seems they are on run.

Fast Track Car Help Line — No Response Over Phone

I had been struck up on the road having two of my car's tyres flat due to some mischievous acts in the parking lot last night ie November 7, 2008.

I tried calling up Fast Track as I have a membership for at-least 1 hour continuously without any one answering the phone. I had to carry one of the tyres on my head and walk a kilometer to get it repaired and then back the long way. This act delayed my getting home by atleast 3 hours.

I have tried calling them Today morning, ie November 8, 2008 but still the same.

I dont understand how such pathetic service providers are allowed to carry on the business. I demand a very strict action against the company

I reached here to complain against FastTrack. But I have found so many people facing the same problem I faced today. Now the point is how should we get hold of that fast track guys who are having fun with our money...
Well, going to consumer court wont help us until we have some hold of them, but atleast we can save many other people by blacklisting fasttrack guys. We can go to media -- NewsPapers and News channels to say things against them... and they should be uncovered.

This is to inform you that, i have send a packet Jajpur through courier of Blazeflash courier limited on 31/10/08, still not couriered. When ever i tried to Their branch, they have no answer, they will contact with their HO.

But finally they are given me time on Monday will be your packet will deliver, but today is Monday, still they have no information. When i tried thrice & four time today, they told me tomorrow (12/11/08) definitely Packet will be couriered.

On the above situation what should i do.

I feel cheated to buy this service for me. nobody pickup the helpline they have provided.
Very stirict action should be taken against the owner of the company.

I have also suffered the way u all have gone through after taking fasttrack service.This is just to inform you that fasttrack is closed now so no use of dialling their number .I got this info form one of its employee (service person)

The number printed on card and given on your website are not working always I get the reponse that the number are not correct

I take fast track services which is valid till jan 2010 no response on numbers and now got to know that these co is clsoed what a cheat ...I think we people are really fool who keep on trusting these stupid companies who call us and ask to take services...

We have not taken their address thinking its a matter of just 399 rs...recetnly there are some fale compnies calling up to buy house services, carpeter services

I would strongly request govt to take strict actions against such companies
