[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Consignment not received | |||
Hi, I have applied PAN card for my wife in March 1st week 2012. After a week, I got message from NSDL theat theey dispatched PAN card via First flight courier (Consignment Number ZB2290979). Whenever I check thee status online it is showing as 'In transit' from 12the March 2012. I need theis document on urgent basis to apply passport for my wife. I wrote several mails to thee mail ids available in first flight site and I called theeir customer care many times. No reply for mails and no updates for calls. im going to receive 1 policy document through first flight courier, but i had not received that while contacting the company the company is saying that they had courier it. but as per the pod it was showing as delivered but till day i had not received any document. so wat further action should be taken now.

FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS — Consignment not received
My Consignment no. N09108129 which was dispatched from Guwahati on 19th Oct 2011 has not reached Bangalore till now. Its been ten days and nobody has shown even one ounce of concern from their company to look into the matter. I was given 10 different numbers to talk to 10 different people and guess what ...no complain is even filed yet. The call centre people keep you on hold for 20 mins to say your consignment is still in transit. Of course i can see that on web tracking and thats why i m making a call to find out. I would have spent almost 200 rupees talking to their executives regarding this consignment. A hopeless company that charges for an overnight service and cannot find one consignment under their guidance which has been delayed for more than 10 days. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT!!!PS: dont even try filling their support form on their website. Its a waste of time
