[Resolved] Flipkart — rude and harsh behaviour towards customer | |||
recently i ordered a book from flipkart and couple of days later i wanted to know my order status. the customer care service had given me the wrong information and have talked to me in a rude way.They were speaking from bangalore . the people whom i talked with were rakesh ,SHILPA and PRIYA. The no. on which i talked to them was[protected] and their postal address is; No. 447/B, 1st A Cross, 12th Main, 4th Block, Opp. BSNL Telephone Exchange, Koramangala, Bangalore - 560034 Karnataka, India. i would be highly obliged if a serious action is taken against them.
