I am also facing the same problem. The sole has worn out and I do not know whom to contact for repair. I have also been a loyal customer for around 10 years now and have purchased 5 to six pairs. However this is the only one in brown colour. I paid over Rs. 4000 for this pair. any advise on how to get it fixed will be appreciated.
My husband also bought a pair of shoes in an emergency as the pair he was using wore out in four months of purchase. The store head exchanged the pair at Spencer's plaza, Chennai. Again a pair bought from Express Avenue, one of the shoe soles started chipping at the edges. I am sure and hope the India head responds positively and does the needful by replacing the same with a new pair. I am attaching the picture of the chipped shoe sole and another as a pair for the company to decide its quality.

I have been using Florsheim shoes for the last 20 years or so and was very happy with the quality. Since the last two years I have purchased four pairs and soles all of them have got damaged in a most surprising manner. I went to the shop from where they were purchased Metro Shoes Colaba and they informed me that off late they are facing this quality problem regularly. As per them company received some lots of defective soles. Can the company look into the matter and advise what is the factual position and how they can resolve this issue. I have not retained invoices for the shoes and hence wondering how to go about it.

I purchased Florsheim shoes from Mochi, karolbaug, Delhi in April this year. within one month the sole of the shoes cracked and when I am trying to locate their local office in India I find they have non. this speaks of their poor quality which they sell in India.
I purchased Florsheim shoes in April 2012 from Mochi store, karolbaug, Delhi> to my utter surprize the sole of the shoes cracked within two months of purchase. i am able to locate their indian office. I doubt if they have it in india. The quality is very poor and it appears that they sell rejected products in indian market.
I bought your quality product from Mochi outlet in Inorbit, Link Road, Malad (W) Mumbai, India. The pair was bought on 10th Jan'2015 vide their bill no.122483. We did trial in the outlet and checked before paying it was in perfact condition but today after wearing it for first time noticed that right shoe's sole has adhesive problem and it tearing off.
We have paid Rs.4595/ keeping in mind the Florsheim brand and brought from a reputed outlets.
But unable to understand the quality of Reputed brand.
Can you please depute or ask Mochi to look into the same?

I have purchased two pairs of shoes from Metro Chandigarh. The sole of Both the pairs of shoes got cracked with in 1 year even after seldom use. I think the Company is manufacturing the shoes with substandard material. I request other buyers to think twice before buying Florshiem shoes.

causing me to almost fall. I have attached pictures. I have many pairs of shoes, and have
only worn these shoes a few times. I have been buying FLORSHEIM shoes for many years, and
this is the first time that I have had a problem. I have read online reviews of others
having the same problem with these shoes. I think that they should be replaced at no or
minimum cost. I have shoes that are over 30 years old, and they are still in good
condition.

II bought these shoes and have worn them only a few times. The heels have suddenly disintegrated. I have read other reviews of these FLORSHEIM Comfortech shoes doing the same thing. These shoes are made in India. I have worn FLORSHEIM shoes for many years, and never had a problem with them before. I have over 40 pairs of shoes, and none of the others have done this. I sent an E-Mail with attached pictures to FLORSHEIM, but received no reply.
Rs 5000/ - is highest budget for most of the middle class INDIANS to buy luxury brand of shoes such as
Florsheim. Thus it hurts us most, while we are almost exhausted on spending lavishly years after years buying
Florsheim shoes in INDIA and same are not wearable just after 6 to 7 months.
We request you check the quality of the sole and heel of shoes manufactured in / for INDIA. The upper leather is never
disintegrated nor looses its shine and is taut for ever.
What ever come may be but we shall always purchase Florsheim shoes in INDIA because after replacing heel and
sole the Florsheim shoes last for about 3 to 4 years.
