Dear Sir,

SUB Complaint against bad service, against Our Mobile Model No.2080
& the Serial No.2582HK42052 in favour of RAKESH P. MEHTA.

In this connection I would like to inform you that at that time of purchasing the above said mobile there was a Audio Problem, Morethan 15 days the charger are not working. I have already given the mobile in the gallery but he keep on delaying that the molbile has not come from Delhi yet. I had given the mobile 10 days back without any satisfactory response if you do not give the reply within 2 days from the date of this mailI immediately I will complaintg to the consumer court. So, you are requested to look into this matter and do the needful and oblige.

FLY 2080 — VOICE LEFT HAND SIDE BUTTON COMPLAINT

I AM PURCHASE MOBILE FROM NOVENBER 2007 THEIR WAS A BATTERY BACK UP IS GOOD AND NO COMPLAINT BUT THERE WAS A LEFTHAND SIDE BUTTON NO WORK .SO THERE WAS A COMPLAINT .I ASK MY COMPLAINT IS RECEIVE AND ANSWER IS MY MAIL IMMEDIATLY AND NO ANSWER SO I WAS REPAIR IMMEDAITLY

I was suggested by Hot spot guy who showed me Fly 2080 and promised to give service.
He showed me touch screen and handwriting recognition. When i checked the price, it was cheap.

It has been 15 days, i am using this mobile.

I purchased Fly 2080 Mobile on 5-July-2008, since i got this mobile i.e.15 days. I have frequent network failure. I tried to reach Fly Service station. They say we can refresh the flash. The mobile is not upto mark in quality since it does not serve the basic purpose of getting phone calls.I also called 41759175, but customer care number nobody picks up phone.I have also send mail to [protected]@meridiantelecom.com. I am still waiting for reply.

Highly pathetic mobile ...Please don't buy fly mobiles.
I had to switch back to my old Nokia Mobile since fly mobiles are hopeless.

Please save you money from getting lost with junk mobiles.

FLY 2080 — worst service in service center

I purchase FLY 2080 Mobile on september from Bic C. after one month it has problem i went to service center which is at YMCA Complex s.p Road named ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED. they told they need to replace mother board they replaced it and return back me after 20days i collected in evening and next day morning i got same problem when i asked them they told again same answer need to change mother board from last one month my moble is there in service center and they keep on saying next week, next week.

Over all summary i purchase mobile FLY2080 used for 1 month and from 2 month its in service center till did receive mobile. My waranty period is 12 month.

It seems waranty period is not for customer but for service center. because most of the time mobiles are with them only,

fly mobil 2080 — terrible network problem

With reference to my Fly cell phone model-2080.

Purchase date-16/03/08 (Product within warranty)
Complaint date-10/11/08

Just to give you a background of what happened.

the phone was having terrible network problem for which it was handed over to your service center located at gorai borivali west.and after around 15 days i had collected it from the same place and your counter staff name amisha shah promised that the problem has been solved.

just after a few days the same problem was noticed and for which i again got in touch with the same service center and was asked to speak to your scinor engineer arun who advised that within 15 working days the MAIN BOARD will be replaced as it was faulty.

Now iam really frustrated to find out that the MAIN BOARD is not available and will take some more time.Your counter staff amisha who asked to speak to arun and after speaking to arun i was asked to speak to another scinor engineer name kalpesh.Counter staff amisha also said that it may take 1 or 2 months and if it goes beyond the warranty date the company will not be responsible for any cost that will be involved to get it repaired whereas scinor engineer arun said that it will just take few more days and i have been asked to call after 4 days.

The above information was absoulatly counterdicting and i have no trust left in FLY as a company as there is no value for money and customers time.

It has been a very disappointing and unsatisfactory service and iam not ready to take the same hand set back so request you to please replace the same and provide me a fresh new hand set of same model.

Request you to please look into this matter as early as possible or eles i will be forced to apporch consumer court as iam not getting any positive response for your end.

can anybody just give me the contact phone numbers of MERIDIAN MOBILE PVT LTD service center, okhla..i purchased a FLY2080 handset on 17th feb, 2008 and its been already serviced twice.and its problems have not at all been rectified. it has multiple problems, infact hardly 2-3 features of the mobile phone are working. its almost dead even when it never faced any external damage.

i need it urgently as the warranty period is about to get over.

FLY 2080 — problem in hand set nd slow working speed of the workers of the co.

sir, this is richa frm delhi, shahdara. i have purchased fly-2080 from hotspot laxmi nagar in the month of aug(18 aug) battery no.MD[protected] . After purchasing the mob i found prob in it. max to max usme 6 min tk hi calls atnd ho pa rhi thi...i went 2 hotspot again aur do-tin chakkar lgwane k baab dey exchanged my set. but in nw cell again(fly2080 only) i found d same prob(mentoned above) wid d other problems too...touch screen was nt working properly, calls atnd nhi hoti(network fail likha aata h). then after i went 2 ur authorised service center asiantech communication(vaishali, ghaziabad) in the month of feb or near by. they checked my cell nd said dere is software prob...nd returned my cell in 2 hrs...pr phone fir b thik ni hua, , , , i went 2 dat service center agn unhone 1 week ka khke 1 month baad set return kia tb bhi khrab hi!!! ab finally maine unko dubara set dia pr ek hfte ka bolke 1 nd a half month ho chuka h!!! abhi dey r kept on saying "NEXT WEEK PAKKA"
SIR I M ALSO WORKING, AUR PHONE KE BINA KITNI PROBLEM HOTI H I HOPE U CAN UNDERSTAND! plz do d needful nd do return or exchange my cell wid d correct one...
