fly mc160 — Mobile Not working for tata docomo and now reliance sim cards | |
I took the mobile and not even used it for 5 days continuously. It gets switched off automatically every 2 mins. 2nd sim slot stopped working.I got it exchanged and checked to find that tata docomo doesnt work on the phone. I was asked to change sim. SO MEAN!!? However they installed some software to support tatadocomo. and now not even a single day i used and now switching off every min. Now relaince is not working on the phone. I checked in other mobiles n the both sim cards have no problem. Please suggest me. I dont want this mobile and i want complete cash to be returned. I am fed up. I want to place a complaint. fly mc160 — complaint
I purchased fly mc160 from m/s Parshotam enterprises , Bari Brahmana, Samba , Jammu on 11/11/2010Since they could not provide me the litrature of the same model and assured me to get it exchanged If the features of the same could not satisfied me . I just went to the shop keeper today 12 /11/2010 to get it replaced but they catoagorically refused to replace . I cheked its camera function only , which do not have satisfiactory result . I just felt cheated by the dealer . Now i just request you to kindly do a favour to replace the same with another model with dual sims and internet service . I have not used the moblie at all
kindly reply me what actions are being taken by your . If Idid not recive the reply from your end Imay be force to move to consumer court
