Dear Sir,
I have contacted so many times to Aqua Service Centre and concerned persons. But they are not attending the call since 18th August, 07. They are cheating me and every day they saysing that they will send the engineer, But no body is attending the complaint. I have also given the AMC for the year.
At last I am reffering to you that you will do something needful at the earliest possible.

Forbes — Third rate product

Hi

I had purchased a Forbes water purifier - Designa from a reputed store (Big bazaar) around one and half years back. This product started giving problems after approximately six months o[censored]se. It would not start and water used to not get discharged.
After I raised a complaint, they send a technician who seemed very callous and said there is no problem. However the problem recurred almost the very next day. This story of raising complaints and they sending technicians continued for more than 4-5 times. They could never solve the problem permanently.
I am presently fed up with the product as it seems to work when it wishes and stop working when it wishes (which is 90% of the time) . I am thinking of throwing the purifier to the kachra dabba(thats what its worth) and purchasing a philips water purifier.
Hope everybody sees this complaint and think twice before they purchase any aquaguard product.

Forbes aquaflo water purifier — Service not provided during the AMC contract

Dear sir
This is to bring a serious issue in your kind notice.
We had an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) worth Rs 900/- for the water purifier services with your company “AQUA PARADIES” (Shop No 64, sector 56, Wazirabad Gurgaon.)
SPICR No. 397 Date: 9/03/08
The period of CONTRACT was from 9th March 2008 to 8th March 2009.
During this period of contract we were entitled to the following:
1) Two free services that includes cleaning and inspection of the water purifier.
2) Replacement of prefilter candle maximum once in the contract year.
3) Replacement of activated carbon granules twice in the contract year.
In the last one year we have been provided only one service with one prefilter candle replacement and one activated carbon granules replacement.
Our second free service and one carbon granules replacement are still due.
No person from the maintenance office had visited us in the last one year( during the contract )for providing us our due service.
I have called the concerned person (Narayan joshi-[protected] who made the contract) number of times regarding this issue,
But he had simply declined to provide us our second due service and instead asked us to pay for the same.
I have also tried to contact the 24hour-customer service helpline Number-[protected].But this number is temporarily out of service.
I am really harassed by the careless attitude shown by your maintenance staff who, after making the services contract,
never show up again for providing the services as per the legal contract.
I here by request you to address our concerns and provide us our free due services at the earliest.
Being your valuable customer I truly believe in your professional ethics and commitment towards Customer satisfaction and
I hope that you will definitely look into the matter and take necessary action.

i have one water purifier and i want to replace candle and carbon with one year svc contract. i called[protected] for the same.one of your staff came but he refused to do so.he told that if you do svc contact for two years than i will replace the candle today otherwise after onweak and he left without doing his work.it is too rediculassssssssssss.is it your so called svc?

Guys please avoid buying Frobes water purifier, its a hopeless company with horrible product, and to top it all a sucking after sales service .

I think one can make life biggest mistake if he/she goes for this company products . I have a painful customer to this company.

If avoid even if they try to sell it at 99% discount offer.

forbes aquaflo designa — very very poor after sales service

this is to inform you that i am complaining about the service since last 1 yrs but no one is coming fr d service. i have complaint couple of times at the local office which is at koregaon park.i am irritated a lot.these company only make fool of customers.no after sales service. nothing.

Forbes aquaflo water purifier — Not Working

we have purchased your poduct through army CSD Canteensince three month back. It is not working means its red LED permmanent glowing and giving weep sound, not going on green LED . please intimate nearest sevice centre.

I have purchased forbes AQUAFLo water purification system & used for two monthes but after that its electronic card get burns hence it is very serious no responce from company.

N V R Naidu --I bought Forbes Aquaflo system which worked for 6 months when it started giving problems . I contacted the service people who came and said that is rectified . They collected money for two years service contract in advance and never turned up . I spent equal amount on finding them and succeeded in getting annual maintenance for one year and for the second year they deceived me and cheated me . Till now none turned up though my service request is renewed every couple of months with every service point of the Company in Andhra Pradesh since a year and half . Even in pricing they advertise some price in the news papers and ask for more when we go to buy the system .
The Company and its CEO desrve to be enquired into and prosecuted under Monopolies and restrictivetrade Practices Act, Consumer Protection Act and under Indian Penal Code for cheating, extotion of funds, deficiency in service, misleading people etc, lest they will continue unchecked to deceive many more hapless consumers .

Forbes / Aquaflo — no proper service

I have launged a service call on[protected] for water leaking problem in my aquaflo water purifier. It is in AMC period( AMC contract no: [protected]).

No one came till date after the commencement of service call. At present the purifier was not working from 02nd July 10. During July-02 we have made complaint in Service cell. They have given Complaint no.-[protected] and informed us that they will attend the job by next day. We have made several calls to the service center and got the same reply that it will be attended in a day or two. They have given the service engineer Mr.Harsa's mobile number([protected]). I have contacted him for 3 times he said next day the problem will be rectified.From next day itself he has not picking up my call. I've also informed that this problem will be taken up with the consumer court. After then no response till date.

Tell me what should i do now. Shall i file a case at consumer court.

Please send your service engineer to attend the job immediately

I am absolutely agree with what other guys have commented about the services of Forbs Aquaflo. There service persons are horrible, irritating and pathetic in behavor. They are extreamly rude and dont even know how to behave with the consumer specially with a female. They treat us as if they are doing some favour or charity. I will never ever repeat my mistake next time onwards by purchasing any of their products, infect I will definitely suggest each and everyone to not to buy any product form them. There are so many companies in the market & too much of competition. and "Customer Delight" is much more important as compare to merely "Customer Satisfaction".

At the last I would like to mention the name of their service person "Dilip Bhattacharya". If they have little bit of shame then they should apologize. and if they dont then it's very insulting as well as discourteous.

aquaflo — Aquaflo servicing

We have lodged a complaint to service aquaflo on 10th August and no once has attended inspite of there being an AMC.Customer care executives only assure that complaint will get attended today but nothing happens. Complaint no is 85316975/85316974. Need urgent resolution. Pathetic service

After reading the reviews here i'm feeling sad for not reading them before.My father bought aquaflo water purifier one week back and those people have already started showing us stars.we are keeping it in our store room because those people never came to fix it.we called the dealer and he gave us a number which never got connected.after 2days 2 dase we went to the dealer and fought with when he made a few calls and talked with some customer care personal who said she would send the technician by next day morning 10.a.m which she never done and i took this customer care new number which would always ring but nobody will receive it.after reading the above reviews i'm afraid of the future problems.now we are planning to return it back to the dealer.

And my advice is NEVER EVER BUY AQUAFLO from AQUAGUARD by FORBES.
