[Resolved]  Franch Express — Franch Express has not delivered the courier for past 10 days...

I fully agree with the comments. I never seen such a poor courier service. I have also sent a courier to Bangalore on 5-Jan-09 and it has not reached till 8-Jan-09 1PM. I called the booking agent on 7-Jan and he gave a cell number. When I called the cell number the person at the other end told me that he will get back within 30 minutes. He didn't keep up his word and called him 3 times and he replied that I will call back in 30 minutes but he never kept his word. I got irritated I called the Chennai office number and I spoke to customer (not)support. She first informed me that the slip used to book my courier was meant for only local courier and when I persisted she said that the courier was not delivered at destination because the security at the apartment was not allowing them inside (????). I don't know when the courier will be delivered. I have made 7 calls and visit to the booking agent but still the courier is not delivered and they promised that they will deliver within 24 hours.

Such incidents are plenty. The fact is such customer satisfaction and rights are almost dead and gone.And in case you want to enquire or complain you face such apathy that is unheard of in any other country.
where went consumer court or panel? Gone with the wind?

Very worst functioning of Franch Express Courier. i had also posted one courier on 5-5-2009 from karumathampatty to anna university coimbatore. But till now[protected], it does not reach there. vide doc.no A93529455. branch code - M.Krishnan son 209 somanur. They did not the value of our parcel.
Govt. should punish and cancel their registeration.

I have also couriered one cheque to Banavaram on 9/5/09 and the Doc. No. is A92929886 now the date is 2/6/09 till now they didn't delivered my document. Whenever i called customer care they said to reply me within a day but till now no good response from them. This is too bad. They are wasting out time and money by calling them repeatedly. Can u please take necessary action atleast now.

WE HAVE BOOKED A PARCEL ON 6/4/09 WAY BILL NO.A 92356479 TO ERNAKULAM. IT IS OF 6 KG IN WEIGHT. TILL DATE IT HAS NOT REACHED TO THE PART"S END. PLEASE INFORM US WHERE OUR PARCEL HAS GONE OR GIVE US THE COST OF THE MATERIALS SENT BY US. PL INFORM OUR STATUS AT[protected].

What a lousy courier company? My courier A95182169 booked on 22 June 2009 from tuticorin to Sivakasi. Unfortunately, It has got my ticket to Chennai tomorrow. Franch poor express Please help me.

Right now I am also having similar experience. A courier which was sent from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 19th june 2009, has not yet delivered. Details of the courier are A95303417. These Franch guys (both from coimbatore & Bangalore) are not able to trace the courier. Pls help.

we did not get our very important courier still which was sent before 3 days.the matter is very urgent but the is not seems to be worry at all.

Franch Express — reluctant

SO2489982 is my booking number . i receive all my covers from icici . i have been repeatedly been going to them asking for my courier. but the response was worst. they never work just return all the courires back saying address not traceable

.but so far the courier not reached him.i called Vellore Branch Office.. One of the person pickup the phone but i did not get any proper response from them.and also the person speak very hardly .pls take proper action to that person in vellore branch and make sure in future it should not happend.

totally agree with the comments. very poor service...
and no responsibility by the staff.
Everyone should be aware not to send courier through this service again.

Worst Service ever... The parcel has to be delivered mount road to siruseri (Within Chennai).When i called in morning they said the parcel is on the way.When inquired in mid evening, they said the parcel has been delivered, but i haven't received any!. i called up branch office and asked about it "Y u are calling more than twice" in anger. i asked to cross verify it once, then they are said, sorry the mistake is from their end, the parcel is misplaced.Got frustrated with their service. parcel within Chennai takes more than 3 days ...!
