To inform you that I have been cheated by standard chartered credit card raket group. Sameer - contactno: [protected]. And [protected] collected all the confidential documents from me to provide standard chartered credit card. Regret to inform that after one month there are absolutely no clue of credit card, on calling it comes to know that, this no are being used by HDFC credit card group.One lady picks the phone and trying to tell lies and gives misleading informations. Since the calls were made from this no , on intervention I am convinced that it is all a fraud raket engaged in un lawfull activities. In this way I have been cheated and fraud commitment had been done by providing misleading information. I am forwarding this mail to consumer court / police station and filling FIR against Sameer and stanchat and shelter group. This is for your information. Standard Chartered Bank — credit card complaint
Sir,I was alloted a credit card by standard chartered bank in 2003 saying there will be no annual fees or any other charges. After which i was sent the bill for joining fees which i objected. they were not ready to listen for anything and so i paid the money i had spent on the credit card and told them to close my credit card and settle the same.so they sent there person and collected the cheque for the settlement and was accepted by them.today i got a call saying that there is balance of Rs 25000/- . I told them that i had settled the same at that time only, the lady just disconnected the phone saying nothing.
this the way they just want extort money from there consumers.

Standard Chartered Bank — Fraud by Bank
Pls find below my attached complaint which i made to Bank,but they were instead of taking any action and refund .They were compelling me for payments which they had given to some insurance companies.Sir,
Insurance people are compelling again and again on phone for insurance.
You can check your records,i regret for there insurance
They were asking CVV number again and again of my credit card.
But I havent given to them.
I dont know without my consent why you had process this insurances,and even i dont have any papers of these insurance.
Really a bad banking of standard chartered as any body can take money without the consent of owner of card.
So i once again request you to reverse my payments to insurances and payment paid against these insurance at the earliest.
Kindly resolve this issue amicably,looking forward a positive action from your side.
