[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — Non-delivery of coupons

I have not received coupons for my previous two order ids:
[protected]Apr-12) and[protected]Jun-12). Earlier also this has happened.

On complaining for the id 14018181 on 17th May, I got a reply giving me the tracking number and courier company's phone number (BlazaFlash - Sakid[protected]/71). But that number has never ever been contactable. And the tracking number is displayed as invalid by the Blazeflash website.

Basically I'm dealing with freecharge and why should I be running after any courier company. Plus look at the time taken. It is even more relevant since the coupons have an expiry date and obviously it will be impossible to use all the coupons

The website offers free coupons on mobile recharge. However from past 2 months they are very irregular in sending the coupons. They do not have any customer care number and now I am also not receiving reply to my mails.

dear sir
i have recharged from freecharge.in my two mobile nos for which they give coupons in lieu of rs.10 extra
the details of recharge are as follow:-
date order id mobile no. amount of recharge total payment

they take rs.10 extra from lakhs of customers for nothing and their coupons never reaches to us.please take necessary action otherwise i will be forced to file a complaint against you people for not addressing consumers complaint
Got the coupons!!

Plus a phone call from the company regarding this complaint.

Mistakes do happen, but it is heartening to see that the Freecharge guys are responsive and do care.

www.freecharge.in — fail to deliver my coupons within time period(7 working days)

hello sir ,
I have recharged my mobile from www.freecharge.in on 6-dec-12, which committed to deliver their coupons in 7 working days. but till now I've not received the physical coupons. So I need my money with penalty from this site.

Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Dont give mony back also not anwsering the any phone

I have paid my phone bill of rupee 355 but still not paid by freecharge but from my bank acc amt is debited.
they not give any response for mail also.

amount debited bud did not recieved any recharge.

Yesterday i recharged my number [protected] from 247 rs and my order id is fcFCVA[protected]. Bud i did not recrecieved any recharge
