[Resolved] Fullerton India — Again wrong commitment | |||
With reference to my previous complaint, Again I talk to Fullerton india person Mr. Ajay Gaur contact no. [protected], he commited me that by mistake the amount was collected twice from me in the month of April 2010 and he committed that I dont required to pay EMI of Month MAY 2010 they will adjust the EMI which is collected twice. BUT again the cheque is returned from my bank account on dated 5th May 2010 and 12th May 2010 two times and I was charged penalty of Rs 221/- twice in the same month. Now tell me what type of complaints can be solved by https://www.consumercomplaints.in My record becomes so much destructive due to the Fullerton india. Should I take any legal action? should I send legal notice to Fullerton India Nagpur, that I will not pay any Single EMI from now and I will stop the payments of all the cheques given to Fullerton??? At the time of taking loan fullerton india person commited me to give top up loan after 6 months, after 6 months they told me as per policy we will provide you top up after 9 months. and after 9 months they told that I am not capable of taking top up loan, but they are lie, as I am now at the better stage than I was before 9 months also I have cleared all the 9 months EMI without any bounce. Due to this I have bounced my 10th EMI and the Fullerton India collection person has collected that EMI cash from me with penalty of Rs.247/-, and again in the same month on 17/04/2010 that EMI is cleared from my bank account. means fullerton has collected double EMI in April 2010 with penalty. I am completly frustated with their wrong commitment and hopeless service. Im Deepa Priyadharshini working in TCS for past 3 years.
I applied for a personal loan in your bank. I submited my documents to Mr.Murugadoss (91-[protected]) on 3rd June 2010.
I never received any verification calls for next few days. only by monday, i completed my home / personal /office verification.
Today, Murugadoss is saying that only 1 lakh is approved for me for the 36 months.
my monthly salary is 28, 000 - 30, 000. i have submitted all documents proper.
Murugadoss promised loan amount of 4 lak. but now, your bank is providing only 1 lak.
i gave a commitment of 2.5 Lak to another person because of your bank personn 's commitment.
i dont understand if my eligibility is so low even after me providing all docs(including form 16, 4 months bank statement, 3 month payslips), completing all verifications pucca and waiting for 3-4 days even after submitting documents.
I need atleast 2.5 lakhs. I cant go to another bank now at the last moment.
i have given commitment of 2.5 lak to a person on coming friday. Loan is urgent and im helpless now because of your bank person's commitment
I need a solution immediately to this.

The guy is not pickng up call . He is not providing right status. i have waited for long to hear this bad news of 1 lak.
Im holding 4 credit cards - ICICI, SBI, HDFC & Standard Chartered. This is my first relationship with your bank & im totally disappointed with your bank and your persons.
I hope atleast you will help me to get a proper solution.
