[Resolved]  Future Bazaar — Undelivered product at Future bazaar and pathetic customer service

I made the online transaction for:

product: prestige induction cooktop & prestige 3 pcs nonstick cookware set fbid: 2580122)
date & amount: 2nd june, 2011; rs 3,599.00.
Order number: [protected]

I got the confirmation email as well as sms on my phone for the place order.

I called up customer care of futurebazaar on 4th june to check the status and got the reply that the order was never been captured in their system and they asked me to send an email for further investigation. I got the reply on 4th june to provide the payment details. I checked with ICICI bank and found that they DID not have any transaction for the amount rs 3,599.

I made the payment again on 7th june on the below account:

I got the reply on 7th june that they have received the payment and confirmation would be sent by 9th june.

Nothing received till 11th june so I sent the chaser and got the reply on 12th june, that they have placed the new order for the product as the previous order was not captured successfully.

sent via quantium solution airway bill number d37320911

when I checked the status online on quantium, it was shocking that the airway number belongs to somone by the name rituparna in bombay.

When I called up customer care; they DID not admit that I never recieved the order. When I argued they checked my long chain email and agreed that there is an issue. However, still refused to help and said that I have received the order and they are correct and asked to send an email to [protected]@futurebazaar.Com

they made me a proper liar even for their mistake in place the order at someone others name.

Below is the last response on the email on 13th june, 2011:

in reference to your below e-mail. I understand that you have still not received the ordered products under the order number [protected].

I have instructed our logistic partners to investigate the case and arrange for the proof of delivery (pod). Please be assured that the necessary action will be taken at our end and we shall revert with the pod latest by[protected].

Your kind understanding and patience in this matter is greatly appreciated. Meanwhile, if we can be of further service, please do not hesitate to contact.

I live in gurgaon, haryana. My address is updated in future bazaar records. I have kept the screenprint of my whole profile as on date so that they do not say in future that the address was incorrect. How could they send the order to someone in bombay. Are they mad in even seeing the name of the customer?

now why should I wait till 18th june for their investigation when it is their mistake. They should either send me the product at the earliest or refund the amount.

They are stick to their comment that I have received the order. Are these many proofs enough that future bazaar is at guilty in this whole case.

I wanted to gift this product on the birthday of my sister and told her same after placing the order. So embarasing and frustrating experience with future bazaar

please help me in this matter.

As discussed, I am extremely sorry to know that the product under the said order has not been delivered at your shipping address however as per the logistic partners site the same has been delivered to Mumbai. I am personally coordinating with our logistic partners regarding the issue.

Further to our discussion, I understand that you do not wish to get the product now and want the amount to be refunded. I hence have refunded the amount charged to you for the product. Kindly find below the refund details for your reference.

Even though you have repied so quickly on the complaint and provided the reference number. The amount has still not been transferred to my account. You did confirm the amount number twice with me during the call.

Can you tell me when the amount would be transferred to my ICICI Bank account.

i have ordered one motorola xt5 and my order no is [protected] on[protected].on 1-9-2011i transfered money amount rs.8390 from icici bank aliganj lucknow branch.but when i call customer care to conferm about my payment they tell there is no such order no.i am very much tens..my tranction id is M3125685.plz respony me.later on 1.9.11 i requested to change my delivery adderess but now they are saying there is no order of that order.

You would get the response soon. Please create a new complaint so that Aditya or anyone from Future bazaar looks into as a fresh matter and solves it.

FutureBazaar — un delivered by order

i ordered a koryo microwave oven in future bazar. i paid the amount through my debit card on[protected] they promised me your product will delivered on[protected]. but still my order is not dispatched. no body can give the proper information on call center. really worst service.

dont order any product on future bazar. this is not future bazar this is past bazar.
