[Resolved]  Future Capital Holdings — wrong name demand draft

FUTURE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LIMITED — WRONG NAME OF REFUND

I had applied for the IPO of FCH Ltd. vide application no. 25306613 and got the refund order with a wrong name printed on it.
I sent the wrong refund order immediately to INTIME SPECTRUM LIMITED who handle the matters pertaining to the refund order.
Now it is almost a month that has crossed and I have neither recieved the acknowlegement from the company nor the corrected refund order.
Is this the condition of the Investors in such a huge market????

IPO of future capital holding ltd. — got the refund of ipo in wrong name printed

With reference to the above subject, i would like to draw your attention to the fact that refund of the ipo of future capital holding company ltd was obtained by me in a wrong name printed on it which was ATUL ARVINDBHAI PATEL instead of
RUTUL ARVINDBHAI PATEL.The refund order no is 1279497 dated 30/1/08.

REFERENCES--Bid application no 25477440, Cheque no 283051, Can no 1279497, reference no [protected].

I had before also send the mail regarding this problem to INTIME SPECTRUM REGISTRY LIMITED but i have got no reply or feedback yet.I had also contacted many persons through telephone to intime spectrum registry limited but they had also not gave me a positive reply.So with the hope that my problem will solved soon i'm ending this mail.My contact numbers are as below--

d.d — demand draft not refunded

i was made a D.D no.723230 & lost it, then made another duplicate D.D no.723452 in respect of first D.D for passport but passport office reject this duplicate D.D no.723452, i was gone to "SBI BRANCH NEW COURT LUDHIANA" but they said that duplicate D.D will not refund, they call me many times, they said come again & again & again, i m having D.D & bank having my money but D.D is not refunded, now tell me what can i do they r not refunding my money
i was deposited money to passport office & plz refund my money of D.D no.723452
