[Resolved] GE Money Cash Card — harassment for payment

Dear sir, Ref.: GE Money Card No. - [protected] I would like to inform you that I had purchased some household items and financed some money from GE Money. In response I recd. a complimentary cash card from GE which I didnot request for. I was told that I do not have to pay anything for that complimentary card. After that I got the card but I have never used this card. After that without my conscent they have renewed that after one year. They are regularly sending me statement for payment with interest on interest. I called them several time and I also recd calls several times from their call centre. Every time I requested them to stop sending this statement as I am not using this and donot require it. Why should I pay that renewal annual charges when I did not request for that. I have never used the card. Now I am receiving threatening calls (ten in a day) from your recovery cell. I therefore, request your goodself to look into the matter personally. brother i am also a victim of GE money cash card along with two friends of mine we all have the card like you we also had purchased household items on credit and paid the loan in time as a good gesture we were sent the card for the first i did not use that, but then just for trying i started using it, then on an on i was regularly paying the same but then i was given an insurance policy and amount for the same was also deducted one time but after not renewing also they started deducting amount of rs. 70 & above every month and also interest on the same as every where the financial crisis is on i also failed to pay the same and now they are harrassing not me but my parents i dont live with my parents as on knowing this card thing i was thrown out of my home and now i am also without job i m finding a job as well as a suitable place to live and still these people without giving me a chance are still calling my parents.
