GENPACT — correction in mailing address

I just want to inform that i bought one postpaid connection from Vodafone one year ago.
On that time the mailing address was wrongly entered by the executive as E-Block H.No:781 Near by Paras Milk Station Jahangirpuri. Delhi-33.

However my correct address is E- Block; H.No. 781, Jahangirpuri, Near by Prayas child home, Delhi-33.
Please do the needful as early as possible as i am facing a lot of problem due to this.

GENPACT — PF not released

I was working for the above employer but due to some reason I absconded from the job, so is there any way that I can get my pf cleared

I left the organization in oct, 2006 but didn't aply for PF withdrwal. How can I claim for my PF withdrawl?

GENPACT — PF amount not credited

i have submitted pf withdrawal in April 09 and my PF account no is KN/BN/34272/42373. but till date i have not recieved the pf amount. please update status.

GENPACT — FPF not received

Submitted FPF claim along with PF in July'09. FPF not received till date. My employee ID is 107575. Called the trustee organization several times.Every time they give a deadline and deny that next time when I call.

This is to inform you that i was working with Steria India Pvt Ltd and i went for Genpact interview on 10th july 2010 and i was given a letter of intent to join on 13th july 2010 whereas during my 3rd Interview round Suruchi Arora Genpact Hr told me to resign from my present job and i did told her that yes i would be able to resign but my Steria People wont give me resignation acceptance neither relieving letter as their notice period is for 2months and Suruchi and my consultant which was Kaizen Konsultancy located in Malviya Nagar told me that no problem it would be fine all they want is to me to give resign thats it and when i resigned from Steria and as mentioned above i did not got any resignation acceptance neither relieving letter so these Genpact Hr told me that i cannot join now. I Am left nowhere now i am jobless. These genpact Hr fools people. I resigned on the verbal wording of suruchi and my consultant and when i resigned these people said i cannot join now till the time i will not get resignation acceptance what sought of fooling is this.

Same happened with me. After clearing all the rounds of interviews the HR at Shastri Park confirmed my hiring status. After getting selected I served notice in my current organisation however when only 10 days were remaining in joining they told me that the joining date has been preponed now you will have to join 1 week early that the original joining date. I told them it won't be possible as I am on notice period and my current company won't release me before the completion of notice period. They clearly said at this time we can only hire you if you could join us on the new new joining date. I am left nowhere. At the time of original date of joining i reached at their office they refused to take me in saying the batch has already started. Now I am completely Job less.

I am (NAME) who got the offer letter for GENPACT in WPP GA as a Process Associate from your VPN HR consultancy after that I got a call from GENPACT for PHO round then I went to Gurgoan Genpact office than I was asked to wait for 4 hours to meet Mr. Alwin than he again asked me to wait for another 2.5 hours after which a manager named Dinesh took my interview and asked me acconting technical questions in a cafeteria and as per the HR it was told that it'll be a PHO session where in Genpact policies will be disscussed only. .
The very next day Ranjana (HR) called me and asked to come for the joining and as per her instructions I came at DITP for the joining formalities.
They opend a salary account as well (HDFC Bank:[protected]----) and did my documentation too.
And after all this Ranjana informed that I am a PHO reject on poor communication as a feedback from the business
and after rejection next day they are doing again my verification from my previous employer.

Highly disappointed from all this.
Take the corrective action for this.

This is Naga Purnima Varre. I have attended for interview for finance process in genpact Hyderabad. I cleared first 3 rounds then they put me for final round. They said me to attend the interview in the next day. As discussed previous day i attend for final round that is nothing but of operations round. Then Finance HR Mr. Sunny Raj told me that i was not cleared in final round, i can leave for the day. But the fact is, i didnt attend for final round. I questioned him, how they rejected me without interviewing me. Then he answered me to wait. Again he was back after half an hour and said that the line manager dont want to interview me. The reason behind that is I am staying in kukatpally, that is so far from Company. So they rejected me. Is this the right reason to reject me? I wasted 2 days due to this.
But one thing i can say. Genpact has worst HR team. It loosing its goodwill due to HR people like Sunny Raj

My name is Shariq Ali Farooquee, A graduate from Delhi University. I cleared my interviews and i was provided with the offer letter, the day before my joining i got a call regarding my joining and the call said my joining has been postponed. i waited for a long time for getting a joining call, frustrated i was that i called up the HR who took my interview and they said that i can't join because of the reason i wasn't a graduate that time. They gave me a offer that my offer letter would be valid till i get graduated and they will provide me with a joining once my results are out. I passed my graduation in a month's span and visited the company to get the joining date. They took all my documents and I was asked to come the next day to get the new offer letter, which was a false promise and when i went there the next day i got to know that they want me to give the interview again. The HR team which promised to give the joining after the graduation were no where to answer why I was asked to give the interview again. All I could make out is they were fooling me around hence wasting both my time and money and interests.
Genpact has the worst HR team. Its losing goodwill due to its HR team, some of whose names i can point out at are Ankur Tangri([protected]), Amrapali([protected]), Sarvesh([protected]), Ranjana([protected]). I want to take a very strict action against them. I just hope for a speedy action on them.

I am sweta sahani Loi id [protected] from Bhubaneswar got selected as a process associate for Genpact Ncr from bhubaneswar dated 27.02.14 and got the offer letter on 03.03.14 and got PHO call on 11.03.14 about my joining confirmation but in 15th here from Bhubaneswar where i gave interview got a call that you have to give another round..So i gave but they said you got zero and you are not selected..After post offer how can a company do that and about getting zero is its fun as i cleared all other rounds and i am a MBA graduate not an uneducated person..

So i want to ask what is this going on even i resigned from my current company now i am jobless..So you people are playing with us or what..just response or else i will file a case against you as i have the offer letter with me..

GENPACT — Harassment

GENPACT-there is always mismanagement & employees are compelled to work on strech & at the last moment the managers comes & tell the employees to not to roster without his order.The manager is just a MBA from idiotic & local college who just dominate his employees & threaten them to work.

This is Vijay Kumar from Hyderabad. I have attended for interview for finance process in genpact Hyderabad. I cleared 7 rounds of interview at genpact uppal. The HR Mr. Ratan([protected]) told me to come for the documentation and the documentation was done. And he told he send the letter of intent within few days, . The letter was provided to my email address. In the LOI it was mentioned 21st May 2014 is the joining date. On the same day i visited the office and waited for long time till evening. The HR team told that the name is not mentioned in the list and asked me to leave for the day. I did so. and he has promised me that he will call me again. I waited for 3 months and no call was made from the HR team. Finally one day i spoke to the HR, he told that documents were not correct. I told to HR that let me come to the office and clarify the doubt and he told that he will call me. Till today no phone call or no communication was done. I lost all the offers which i am having earlier. I am jobless. Because of HR team of genpact, i have spoiled my life and wanted to ...

What a stupidity ?!

Can anyone please help me out. I am staying at L.B nagar. So they rejected me. So they rejected me. Is this the right reason to reject me? I wasted 4 months due to this.

But one thing i can say. Genpact has worst HR team. It loosing its goodwill due to HR people like Ratan...-
