April 26, 2011 To, The Vice Chairman, Ghaziabad Development Authority Ghaziabad Sub: Complaint against illegal and unauthorized construction by Flat owners/ occupants in Ankur Apartment, Rajendra Nagar, Sector -5, Sahibabad Ghaziabad Reg.- ( Apartment made by “Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd” after taking permission by Ghaziabad Development Authority.) Dear Sir, We are constant to make a complaint against the illegal and unauthorized Construction by some Flat owners/ occupants at Ground Floor and First floor. The occupants of the Ground Floor has enchased in common area which is meet to various amenities i.e. the duct in between blocks and flats and the site back and left back which was felt open under the sanction plain. Some of occupants have increase the projection hy laying the RCC lanter either in duct and a various Balconies which is adversity altering with privacy and security of the adjacent Flat. Beside the illegal and unauthorized construction which is made of poor quality and poor workmanship is dangerous to safety and security of neighbors. The photos of the construction also enclosed. The following Flats made this unauthorized construction. 1. Flat No.4, 2. Flat No.5, 3. Flat No.7, 4. Flat No.9, 5. Flat No.15 6. Flat No.107 Kindly take necessary and immediate action against illegal construction which is still been carried on. Dear sir,
Please find attached photographs for an illegal construction going on at plot no. 100 Radhey shyam park, sector-5, rajendra nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad.
Sir, Mr. Ram prasad vimal has constructed 4 floors over this property including ground floor which must be considered as a basement but this area is used as covered area for flat/floor.
Mr. vimal has covered excess land by extending his construction to road side. This land belongs to GDA and for road use only.
I have also sent written complaints to GDA officials but no action has been taken till now, May be some bribe is given by Mr. vimal.
Forceful possession of govt. land will encourage more action of this sort
So, requesting you for a needful action.

ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ON ROOF SINCE ONE YEAR

Sub: Illegal construction on 2 roofs of 3 storey building since last one year in Vaishali, Ghaziabad
Hi Sir,
This is regarding illegal construction of two rooms by two flat owners on roof of plot no. 56, SECTOR-2 A, VAISHALI, GHAZIABAD, U.P. 201010.
Despite opposition by other flat mates and visit by GDA authorities, no action has been taken over the construction since last one year.
Not only illegal construction is done, people living on the top floor has locked the doors to the roof, barring others to enter roof without their permission.
It is clearly stated in registry papers that no one is authorized to do illegal construction in the building and everyone has the right to visit roof for any work.

Structure of the building is not so strong and build by the local builder about 11 year back. and at that time building approval was not more than G+2 floor.
Also at the time of Purchase, builder told us building was approved from GDA but till date Builder has not given completion certificate to anybody and Terrace will remain same open for all.
We avoid to direct violence at our residence so requesting to take action immediate as soon as possible. But these person are belong to strong back ground please maintain the privacy of informer.
Otherwise building may collapse any time with the loss of human life

Sub: Public grievances due to illegal and unauthorized construction in parking area and Roof-Top mobile Tower at B-32, Ramprastha, Ghaziabad (U.P.)-201011
Respected Sir,
With due respect we the resident of B-32, Ramprastha, Ghaziabad-(U.P.)-201011 submit objection against above mentioned subject;
1) Builder has encroached in parking area as defined in approved building plan/map by constructing to unauthorized flats in parking area, creating inconvenience to the regular flat owners.
2) A roof-top tower belongs to airtel has erected at the roof top of the building in connivance with the builder.
3) This is the well known facts the radiations from the mobiles tower are hazardous for human life, already two persons are passed away in the building and some others residents of the building are not well and doctor's are also suspects as a cause behind their sickness.
4) Several Telephonic complaints have been made for the same, many GDA officials visited to the premise, but all in vain.
Therefore, we all request to your goodself to kindly initiate an immediate action to demolished the unauthorized construction and to dismantle the mobile tower.
We shall be highly obliged for kind cooperation.
