I already complain abt extension of compond wall on the road at H.NO:44, LIG COLONY AT RAMACHANDRAPURAM, HYD, which is cousing inconvinecs ot the traffic of d colony.the town planning officers
are not visting the site on giving repected complains.
I kindly request the authorities to look into the matter and take neccessary action..

I am resident Audiah Nagar (ghansmandi) and have been receiving application pertaining to BPS for my house. Also read that the BPS scheme is not applicable to land less than 80sq ft. I just wanted a clarification. Whether a BPS is applicable to Audiah Nagar or NOT.

Unlawful activity of land grabbers.

This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982
Where we can approach for complain about (Land Grabbing) land belonging to the Hindu endowment, Hindu Graveyard. The land grabbers are forming bogus co¬operative housing societies setting up on the Hindu graveyard.
Almost that graveyard land measures it to 3 to 4 Acres. For those land grabbers got the document from Court Order for 800 or 1000 square yard but now they are selling total 4 acres.
This causing the communal problem in our society In two groups. We need to stop them and we want to save that hindu graveyard land they are destroying the complete graveyard slowly.

I am a resident of Gowthan Nagar colony Malkajgiri about this illegal construction of building without permission Hyd. Circle – 17 municipal office plot no 426, street no25 Gowthan Nagar Colony .No action have been taken so far, municipal officers dint take any action i request the concern officer to take immediate otherwise we will file a case in court regarding this issue as we are fed up giving complaints going to municipal daily and they are not taking any action.

My neighbour’s Anil dry cleane who is residing at 27/61 Pathwari Belangang Agra, started Acquire public road by his Tables from last 3years .Daily police jeap nd other neta cars reach from that road but no1 object for that . I hope its illegal & our govm. not allow to acquire road permit ..
Many times we said him to clear of his tables & press that we will complain about u than he say my brother is police constable u can go no action will be taken .
Several times me given written application to Agra All head offices but no. action has been taken just because its Agra not Delhi . See how cheap is this that our gov. wants to develop TAJ MAHAL city but our Uttar Pradesh Officers like DM etc don’t want to take necessary action .

I request the you to from this dt. 04/01/13, whatever, wherever the constructions permission is given by you GHMC in Hyderabad and outskirts, pls put some restrictions to follow the rules- like leaving space between house to house or complex, apartments and ask them allow space for water harvesting and plant at least one tree per every 100 sq yd house complexes apartments (only 5 floors) basing on their land and constitutions area ask them maintain these rules.

My neighbour’s Late (Padma Shukla ) family member are residing at 21-4-393, adjacent to Dr Ramakanth Katti Hospital, Complete constructing there house without leaving space for setback. As I came to Know that they did not get the permission for GHMC to construct he is construct in area 30 sq G+4 How is posible this

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Several times we went to GHMC office Sardar Mahal till today no action was taken.

Once again I am requesting to look into the matter and do the needful for me.

Sub: Illegal construction of shed in the drive way


I own a flat in WINDSOR CASTLE APARTMENT.Our builder has constructed a shed in the drive way, which causes a lot of trouble a
nd problem for us while parking our car. As per the parking plan, there should not be any construction in the Drive way. The builder has not even taken any permission either from GHMC or from the owners of the flat for constructing the parking shed.

So i kindly request you to take
a proper action and remove the illegally constructed shed in the drive way as soon as possible

Sub: Illegal construction, Drainage & Road Blockage at LIG 152 Flats in Phase III since one month.

Dear Sir,

We ahve given written complaint and online complaint above the subject. Several times I discussed with the concerned persons as we are fed up giving complaints going to municipal daily and they are not taking any action .. how can municipal officers give permission to construct. we request concerned authority to look the above matter immediately since our drainage line is under illegal construction.

1. Firstly the roads blocked with sand & brick ash powder since last one month. The blockage is due to left over material of construction debris. Which is not being cleared by the concerned person after several requests. It is very difficult to commute on daily basis.

2. Secondly my immediate neighbour disturbed the drainage line for building renovation purpose. And now & then drainage line is overflowing for every 15 days and creating odour problems. Other neighbours are frequently bullying on us. And even there is no place to redirect my drainage line.

Please look into the issues at earliest & do the needful.

Sir,

This is with regards to the illegal constructions of 2 pent houses at H.No: 11-4-433, flat 301, backside of gandhi statue, chilkalguda inbelonging to K.Bhagyalaxmi. it has been so many years but nobody is yet to take any actions on the owner as he is a builder and have influence, gives bribe keeps everyone calm.

I urge the concerned authorities to look into the matter and remove this flat as it is also causing a big problem to our houses beside including ventilation. I will escalate the issue if no action is taken as early as possible.

SUBJECT:CONSTRUCUIONS IN PARK LAND

I am residence of karwan, asif nagar mandal. As, i would like to bring to your notice that in our area that is Survey number 205 of asif nagar mandal, kanaka durga colony(near mythri apartment), about 350 yards of park land and 20feet width road is occupied and some illegal persons are making constructions.

No action have been taken so far, municipal officers did not take any action i request the concern officer to take immediate.

It's now in GHMC Rajendernagar, my request if you please clearified that how much road is sanction in sangamcity colony, peerancheruvu gram panchayat.. as I know that before my area leaders says 2 roads has been sanction at sangamcity colony but after they make only one road that also 12ft broad don't you think something is going wrong and there is misused of government money.. when the gram panchayat layout shows and even the road is 30ft broad I didn't understand why they just made 12ft broad road... My request is please just verified the sanction document even I am also searching what actually the gram panchayat has been sanction as soon as possible.. What I have with me is a layout plan of sangamcity colony in which road is 30ft broad and the photos of the road which they made and a video of my sangamcity colony where you can see the granage already done but still it's get delay of road anyway is you please verified this all it's will help common people

I want to bring to your kind notice that the house behind our home had started construction with out taking any safety measures to the surronding houses. We feel very unsafety as big big stones falling from a height of 3 floors, Falling Cement etc. Please look into this any take an appropriate action.

GHMC — wasteland

I live in arunodhaya colony, Madhapur. There's an empty ground opposite Swaad's which i think belongs to GHMC. It looks very dirty and seems to be of no use. There are many apartments nearby. I seriously wish that place gets cleaned up and a children's park may come there. Or at least a cow shelter.

GHMC — street dogs nuisance

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.
