I am your valued customer and have been purchasing for past so many years. During the month of february 2008 I have purchased a frame and glass from your goregaon branch at mumbai valuing Rs 5300/- when i reported the problem about the frame . it was informed that i have used pressure on the frame and they send it to their lab for testing and i was told the same reason .In other words, they are not solving the problem whereas they find some excuse .I would like to address the problem before you so that you will be in position to intervene the matter and settle amicalbly .
