[Resolved]  gkb optolabs — Defective lens

I had bought a spectale from G.K.B. Optolabs in R.M.V. Extn. 2nd St., Bangalore

on nov15 2009. After one month itself the one of the lens started developing scratches and coating started coming off .on jan 15 i had gone to the shop and asked them if they could replace the one lens ? They said if you bring the bill we can do it. I also wanted to buy one more spectacle from which they didnt have at that time , but told me that they can arrange the frame.
I took the bill the next day to the shop. First they told that the second frame model that i wanted was not there.So i said can you atleast replace the defective lens ?
To which they said if you place a new order we will change it , i lost trust in these people , i requested them to change the lens that is bad , to which they denied changing the defective .
Please do not buy the lensees from these people they charge 1500 for lenses which the people opposite to them ( Shinde eye care ) charge less , they also promised me to replace the lens if any complaints came in the first 6 months.
Any new customers please do not buy glasses from GKB Optolabs BEL road bangalore.
