[Resolved]  Godrej eon — Completely not working

This is to inform you that we had bought a refrigerator from Jain Traders in Thane West, three years back.
A serviceman from Godrej had asked us to get an AMC package of 4 years.

Since then, we have been facing a lot of problems, which have not been resolved to a satisfactory extent by Godrej technicians. The technicians name is Vilas.

Two weeks ago, we faced a problem of the fridge not working. So, the technician said that the timer which was fitted, was not an original timer.


Moreover, we reported a problem of the fridge not working today, which the technician that visited said has been fixed, has started again today itself. The fridge has stopped working and is stinking because
of stale food.

The technician, Vilas convinced us to get a stabilizer too, after which the fridge has not been working at all.
