Heavy wobbling of washing machine

Dear Sir,

As per my discussion with Mr. Rahul Balla , I need a complete replacement of my Godrej Eon Washing machine purchased just two months back .
There is a heavy wobbling of the machine and it feels as if the drum may burst .

I hope to get a proper service from Godrej in this matter and I need an urgent action from your side .

I hope I am contacting the right person and that I will not have to switch from person to person to get my problem solved .
