[Resolved]  Godrej HiCare — Extremely poor Service-fool the customers

Godrej HiCare — Pest Control

I got pest control done to my flat in 2006.At that time the vendor told me that every three months they will come and check if any pests are there after the treatment but not even once they have approached.Kindly make arrangements to send your people periodically to check our flat.This may be treated as most urgent.

Godrej HiCare — Poor Service

Gidrej HiCare Pest control service is extremely poor. I got the cockroach traetment done for Rs.2700 /- within 20 days the house was again full of cockroaches. Even after 10 days on registering a complaint and 50 phone calls - no technician has come for a visit. The call centre asks me to call the service center & vice versa - then the technician says it is raining cannot come - it is pathetic. Any local pest control vendor charges Rs.800 /- & is far more effective than Godrej - stay away from Godrej Hi Care.

Godrej HiCare — Lousy treatment and no response

I have had a contract for Termite and BedBugs. The regulatory treatments have been done but the problem persists. No amount of calls made to them has borne any results. I had to register a call for new contract which resulted in some calls but when it was informed that I was an existing contract holder and had a complain they had to reluctantly send a person to check the issue. The "inspector" gave his opinion verbally and was supposed to come back in a couple of days. No response as yet.
Planning to register a complain with the police fo mental harassment as family seriously affected due to lack of sleep and also to send a legal notice for breach of contract.
Also planning to write to Mr.Adi Godrej complimenting him on the prudent business decision to sell this company to ISS and make money leaving us Indians in the lurch.
No wonder the most trusted are the worst.....
