Pathetic service. I had booked a spray service for today... After vacating the entire kitchen and other affected areas nobody turned up from hicare... After repeated calls to customer care all they said was they will call back which they never did... They caused us immense inconvinience but were not even sorry for it... If they don't turn up for first service what can u expect later from them... Terrible and guiltless too...

Extremely poor Service-fool the customers
Extremely poor services- I got the anti termite treatment done- noone knows how to do the treatment- for Technician they send local labour with a bottle of chemical costing 750Rs. which is used only very partially and they just throw water.....charged me 14000Rs.
They loot people.........This is Noida branch I was dealing with

I had contracted the Godrej Hicare for anti-cockroach treatment in May 2007.I was to get quarterly treatments for an amount of approx 2500/-. When I called for the second treatment the company, having taken the full money, would not acknowledge the contract on the customer service helpline . After lot of calls the second treatment was finally done . I have now called the company more than a dozen times for the last treatment but they refuse...
