Sub:-washing machine not proper working in wrranty period

dear sir/madam
i vikas dutta r/o rz-36,jain colony, part no-2, uttam nagar delhi-59, have purchase a washing machine sl. no:-7202, from vidya eletronics TIN No:-07350202670,(wz-2, goverdhan park,main najafgarh road, near dal mill opp. metro pol no-681 uttam nagar delhi-59 on dt 20.11.2011 & sir my washing machine have a 2 year wrranty but my machine drier not working after 3 three month & i inform to both dealer & product company for this problem but both demand me extra charge & spare charge but my machine is under warranty so you are requested to please take a action both are party.

i have complaint to you on 22may 2012 but no any action taken on my complaint till date 31.05.12
