I lodged compliant on 18/05/10 ( service call no:850229 )& changed compessor on 20/05/10 .The changed compressor number plate No did not match with technical specs engraved on sealed box.The compressor did not work till date. i have purchased a brand new godrej pentacool forst free refrigerator model size.gfp.430 colour s.steel payment Rs.20.564.49 invioce no nill.transporter 811/93011952 dt 20.11.2004 gc note no 125671.challon no.125671 dt.19.11.2004 & also 4yr service contract Rs.250. company comprosser is not working so they changed other compnay that is BPL dt 27.03.2005&then again changed dt.10.08.2005 &then 31.08.2006 i have also 3yr amc the dt.31.08.2009 again i complaint for march.2009 the ref. is not working.they have changed comprosser so many times.that time they will not changed comprosser& not give me new complaint no.old complaint no 153546 my cont.no.22451912 add.b50 kishan kinuj ext. part 2 laxmi nagar

its all the problem of compressor same problem with me i purchase on 03/06/2010 and problem start, i also replace fridge but that also create problem after one month now i told to company that i want refund of my money... u also do this
