[Resolved] Goibibo — no refund amount for the cancelled tickets

GOIBIBO has been the worst costumer service i had... dont go for the word which they say cheap filght ticket thing... I had cancelled the tickets 2 months back still now i didnt receive any refund amount on that.. i called them 5 to 6 times to the customercare tey are very frustrating.. and didnt got any response .. only thing I hear frm them is it is under processing.. wat the [censored] they are processing I dont know... same just happened with me my flight got cancelled and the airlines has refunded the amount to ibibo but they r saying the prossessing is still underway and this has been 8 days since u have given me the refund.

GoIbibo — not received refundable amount since 3 months

I had a cancellation of my air ticket in September 2012 of kingfisher airline by goibibo.com. But yet I have not received my refundable amount. My PNR was EECWEP. This is a service provided by goibibo.com.
