Ibibo Group / Goibibo — UPI payment deducted, flight booking failed. Refund not received

I tried booking flight from BLR to BOM for 17th May'24 - Gobibo asked for Rs 4221 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.

Need the money back from Goibibo...

I live in USA. I have made flight bookings for multiple members of my family online. The transaction went through goibibo.com, for my upcoming vacation to India. I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have cancelled my booking for the flight AI 852 on the 1st for PUN - DEL (PNR - 64UNQZ)

I still haven't received any updates on my refund. Inspite of cancellation, the Air India team is calling upon to check my boarding status. Their system has not been updated.
