[Resolved] Goibibo — WAITING FOR REFUND | |
Sir,
I had booked a 2 way International Flight ticket on 26th August 2013 through GOIBIBO from DAMMAM TO BANGALROE AND RETURN on JETAIRWAYS costing Rs.28,571/-. However due to my vacation problem from the
company, I had to cancel my ticket within 2 days from booking. I cancelled my ticket through GOibibo online process. To confirm my cancellation, I called their customer service # [protected] and gave the ticket details, and
the representative confirmed the same and told me that around RS.4000/- will be deducted and balance will be refunded within 15 working days. After waiting for 15 days, I again called customer service and enquired about the
status of my refund. They promised me refund within 7 working days.
After 7 days I sent a email to the customer service representative and the management team. Within 24 hours I got reply saying "WE CAN ONLY PROCESS THIS REFUND ON AIRLINE'S APPROVAL and request you to allow us another 5 working days.
They are just giving vague assurances with no refund. I think they don't want to refund.
Can I get money through this Consumer Complaint service.
