[Resolved]  Goibibo.com — at the time of flight ticket booking some error occurred the amount is not returned till the date

Sir,
I have Booked four Flight tickets ( Bangalore to Rajahmundry on 6th February 2010) through goibibo.com on 21st January 2010.and also booked three flight tickets (Rajahmundry to Bangalore on 9th February 2010) through the same on 22nd January 2010. At the time of Booking (Through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD) Some error occured the amount credited to their account and also the flight ticket is not Booked.
From 21st Jan to 02nd feb no information given to me. After that complaint to goibibo.com on[protected]Complaint No is 912241) to return the amount. But till date the amount is not returned to me. I am very much suffered mentally till the amount is debited to them. No information provided goibibo.com to me. I called them Number of times. But their response is Very poor in this matter.
So, Please see the matter and help me to return my amount as early as possible and also take immediate action.

I tried to book a ticket on 16/2/10 from srinagar to delhi for 6/4/10 the amount was 1616/- the transaction coun't me materilized as it shows transaction failed but my money was debted from my account i immediatelly contacted them they accepted that money has come to our account and will be given back within a day or so but till date they have not refunded my money. I did a blunder to book a ticket from the site that too for just Rs 200/- reputation pays. One should trust on those who have the reputation, so i sincerely advice all the people not to purchase any ticket from goibibo. They will nesver attend the phone even. Once you will decide to purchase the ticket your agony will starst.
I tried to book a ticket from Ibibo, the transaction failed but the amount was deducted. I called next day and i was told the amount will be refunded in 7-9 business days. I asked them if they can divert the amount and book the ticket which i want. They suggested to do a fresh booking and in the meantime refund will be issued to me. I did as instructed.

They did refund me the amount BUT after deducting cancellation charges!!!. The phone representative said nothing can be done as its cancellation ..which shouldnt be the case. I threatened to take them to consumer court on which I was told that someone will call me back in an hr to see what can be done on this case . It 48 hrs and i am still waiting...
